Unprofessional, suppose to deliver item but never came waited all day and promised delivery. They didn’t have decency to call . This company is the worst. I would think twice before ordering from them , it’s not worth the bargain!!

I bought a used washer and dryer here a month and a half ago for $645.24 (which included delivery and installation). Still works! Very happy with my purchase.

I have no words. First takes almost 3 weeks to get my fridge. And then it finally gets here. Works for a week and then stops feeezing and cooling. I have over $500 worth of food in the fridge and pissed.

I purchased a used washer and dryer set. I used it the same day and although it turns on, there was a problem with it. The washer was started around 7/8pm. I woke up at 3am and the washer was still going. Small load on regular cycle with cold water. He sent a tech out the next day. The tech said it was just slow and to use the other settings. Otherwise he said nothing was wrong with it. It shouldn’t take 5 hours to wash on a regular cycle. When the tech came. He started the washer. Left for over an hour and the washer was still going. I witnessed it start over when I came back to check while the tech was gone… the next day, I tried another setting. The water came out steaming hot on a cold setting. The washer also did the Same thing in a different setting, taking long to wash. Now they say I have to pay to return it in order to get my money back for the set. This company is doing bad business ? no thank you. Never again!

My daughter bought a washer and dryer from them yesterday.The washer kept going after the last spin cycle, you have to be there to stop it, if you don’t stop it, it will start back washing ??♀️??♀️the dry wouldn’t dry your clothes all the way the clothes was damp.They give her the run around before they gave her her money back.the customer service was not very friendly.Then they charged her 50 dollars to come and get the washer and dryer which I thought was wrong. She didn’t have them a week.I will let you be the judge of whether you want to buy from them or not.

So far, not impressed. Got a washer and had to take back, got another and it quit working. Tomorrow taking it back and I want my money back. To much time and gas wasted. ....Update: obviously i DID mess up the buttons lol. He had to reset it. Not use to the new button stuff so far works great. I give 3 stars just in case lol. It could be 4 tho I suppose. We'll see. I have 3month warranty.

We needed a couch. They had 3-4 to pick from that were Wayfair resells. We bought one and now it's in our living room. All done in 3 days. Reasonable price. The delivery company they used was fast and carried the heavy stuff for us.They don't have a lot of couch variety per say. It's an appliance store. The other stuff like couches and ottomans just happened to be there. But, if you do find something you like, the buying process was uneventful for us.
