My mom and I was trying to conduct business at this location and I had to use the restroom they told me they don't have a public restroom that's bad for business for your customers,so we had to stop what we were trying to do leave to go find a restroom. SMH

Supposed to open at 9am on Saturday. Been sitting in a closed drive through over 30 minutes. Still no customer service. Absolutely unacceptable. Slow and late to open every time

Horrible, horrible bank all around. I went to 2 Truist banks(this one and hwy 85) and the customer service is some of the worst ever. My account was locked because they said I had to verify my identity so I brought my 2 forms of id here but she told me she needed my lease which was very odd to me. Come to find out after going to a different branch and talking to about 6 different people on the phone, all I had to do was make a deposit. I just opened this account and I will be closing it because no one knew how to do their job and they were so rude. Please avoid them if possible. One guy just lied to me and said my account will be unlocked in 15 minutes just to get me off the phone.

They’ve been stealing my money with no explanation and returning it after over a week. Worst bank, I’m trying to close my account now. I wish i would’ve never banked with them

Terrible experience on Saturday October 29, line from tellers to the back of the bank, and they locked the doors at 11:30. There posted hours say they are open to 1PM. To top off a bad experience, the bank manager harassed an old man trying to get money out of an account the bank froze 3 months ago; then had the audacity to tell him he could not withdraw money out of another account the bank opened because they froze the original account. All of this he showed a group of us on his mobile app.

Felt like I was at the DMV rather than a Bank. I walked in for a business account today 4/12/2022 @4pm, wasnt even greeted by the staff at all and I was the only customer present. The staff were too busy on Instagram, snap chat and the internet. I mean not even a crack of a smile or anything, these ladies were stone cold. For God sakes the Business account manager didn't even get off her phone to hand me a business card...INSTEAD she pointed to her office and said to grab a card (REALLY?). You guys cant be serious, what kind of bank is this, needless to say I'll be staying with Wells Fargo for my business banking. Thanks for nothing. Truist...yea ok

Tried twice to do a cash deposit through the drive thru , transaction was canceled for no reason and my money was given back, no explanation.

The lady in the drive thru never said hi Or hi how are you. Then I got a deposit and never got the immediate 100.Then we figured out she cashed the check into the wrong account. She asked if that was all and said bye and nothing else. Can't name names was never given a name. Take your self to other bank this is a warning. Bad customer service. It doesn't even really deserve a one that's how bad it was.

I have NEVER experience terrible customer service at one place, repeatedly! Majority of the staff is Incompetent and rude! The ONLY reason why I continue to use this location is because it’s convenient. For transactions where it requires me to go into the location I drive all the way to Griffin. That is a huge inconvenience.. but they take care of me all the time! This place needs a staff change! Even when they’re trying to be nice it comes off as rude!

Andy was extremely unprofessional. I simply inquired about obtaining a temporary card and she proceeded to tell me I needed to be more responsible. She then became even more belligerent and rude by over talking me and then hung up in my face. Calls are recorded so management should definitely look into this. Poor representation of what should be a processional and helpful environment. Truly disgusting behavior.

Very unprofessional, unable to keep a schedule, and all around unhelpful. I strongly urge you to take your business elsewhere. Located across the street is a Wells Fargo, I'm sure they are much more capable of helping you.
