I ordered a piece was assured it would be delivered in 2 weeks.. Even called week of to only have them blame the shipper but couldn’t even produce a tracking #… The crazy part is they send me a video of the piece and it look good… Just couldn’t keep their promises… lesson learned

Unfortunately I was wrong about Bella’s Jewelry, at first (Sami) the sales man helped me out, I took a chance, purchased a Rolex Datejust , I was aware of it being previously owned, they promised an appraisal paper and a box, Sami made a payment plan for me $6,000 dollars later , they send me a watch , the date dial had faded numbers , the box was horrible , and no appraisal paper was given, I gave them the benefit of the doubt , I live in New Jersey . They made it up to me and sent me a new box and the full appraisal paperwork I needed!

Scammers, I ordered a “natural diamond necklace” looks like they used super glue in place of the “diamonds”. I sent it back to exchange it for a bracelet that was smaller but somehow more expensive, they wouldn’t send it until I called everyday letting them know I’m filing a lawsuit. The bracelet came almost a month later and is so ugly/ terrible quality. I’ll still be moving forward with a lawsuit. They misadvertise and take advantage of their customers, terrible business, terrible quality.

I’m usually a normal customer I have bought plenty of items from them in which they assured me the material was quality material. I’ve had several problems with multiple pieces tarnishing and even breaking. There is a no refund policy with no policies for any damaged or defected items. If you want anything fixed or even replaced there is no bargain you have to pay!! Beware!!

For years, I have been contemplating adjusting a solid gold necklace I owned over 20 years now. They were able to adjust it to my the length I wanted, as well as cut a lovely bracelet for my daughter. The only negative I had was with an associate who was unprofessional the second time I came to collect. However, this does not take away the great service I received from others. I would recommend them!

Liars. Jewlery I bought is real with real diamonds. But it’s stamped 8.5ct and they lied and said it’s 11ct. I paid for 11ct and it even says on appraisals. Scammers. Liars. They know what they’re doing.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM. They will you a bunch of lies. Your jewelry will never be ready when they say it will. You can’t get in contact with them anymore after you paid your money. If you waiting on something to be made American first finance will still charge you. When you contact America first finance to tell them about the issue they will contact Bella and guess what they won’t even answer the phone for them. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM. It’s a whole lot more I can say that happened.

Let this be a lesson to you all: never underestimate the power of a good return policy. I should've trusted my gut when they told me about their no-refund policy, which basically means 'tough luck' if you're allergic to their jewelry. I bought a few sparkly things, but the earrings decided to stage a chemical attack on my ears. The sales associate, Ashe, swore up and down that the material was pure, despite my warnings about my metal allergies. Now, they're asking me to pay for their mistake? That's like getting kicked in the teeth and then being asked to pay for the dental bill. It's disheartening to see a store not standing behind their products, but I'm hopeful they'll use this as a chance to grow. Jewelry stores should prioritize quality and customer satisfaction, or at least have a good return policy. Here's hoping they'll take this chance to improve and truly value their customers. Just don't buy from this store, trust me on this one.

Bought a 10k white gold and diamond ring, after about 2 months I was missing a stone and after about 3 months the whole ring was tarnished.

I brought a wedding ring from 2021. I've paid 3300 for the ring. And since then I've had this ring repaired over 5 times the Stone keeps falling out the first time. They did it for free now. Every time after I'm being charged. I keep asking them to make a deal with me for another ring. But they are not willing to give me a fair deal. I will not do business with them again

Awwww I had such a horrible experience with my engagement ring from here! I was so excited to be engaged and my fiancé had to take the ring back to get sized. Two MAJOR things happened:
One of my stones fell out only 3 days of having it!!! And it’s a $8000 ring smh. When we took it back to get fixed and sized the second thing was THEY LOST MY RING ?
I would have not even been mad if they would have been honest about it. Gave my fiancé the run around for two weeks only to say they found it! And they still made us pay for repairs smh. Please DO NOT shop here, it’s very possible that this will be a bad move.
