I had a wonderful experience—from the warm greeting I received from Ms. Linda to the consistent communication and updates from my advisor, Tria. Although I hated that I had an accident, I’m truly elated that the entire process was smooth and that my vehicle looks amazing!

I want to give a BIG shout out to MS.TERESA! Thank you so much for bringing my car back to life! She is so sweet and helpful, she does keep you updated! My car was in the shop for 1 Month but that was no problem, as you see the before and after pictures my car came out so beautiful! One thing I would say is BE PATIENT WAITING FOR YOUR CAR because trust me if you’re patient enough your car will come out a beauty! 10000/10 I highly recommend coming here!

The worst experience, there customer service is the worst.
Tria Williams was the worst she never return a call. In their lobby they have a television playing how wonderful customers experience has been how they keep customers updated every step of the repairs NOT at all what I experience.

I’m extremely disappointed with the repair experience I had with Caliber Collision. My vehicle was returned to me after 21 days in the shop, yet the issues I brought it in for were still not fixed.
I made it very clear what needed to be repaired:
The trunk was visibly misaligned after my accident
The door seals and panel gaps did not sit flush, making the doors look improperly closed
Certain areas around the bumper and side panels were not fastened securely
After nearly three weeks, none of those issues were corrected.
What I did NOT ask for — and what they told me they spent time doing — was “fixing uneven paint.” I never complained about paint issues because there were none that I could see. Instead of addressing the actual problems I brought the car in for, they focused on unrelated items and returned my vehicle with the same misalignment and gaps.
My trunk is still uneven on both sides, the bumper can still be pulled back with a finger, and the door and panel seals still do not sit correctly. These are clear visual issues that anyone can see in the pictures I took.
It’s unacceptable to keep a customer’s car for 20+ days and return it without fixing the core problems — especially on a newer vehicle where proper alignment is critical.
I expected professionalism, accuracy, and accountability. Unfortunately, my experience here didn’t reflect that.

Everyone was good to me here but there’s one person I need to point out, Teresa, I believe is her name. (If you’re reading this and I got your names wrong please let me know) She was so sweet she sent a car to pick me up after hours to pick up my ride they had just fixed. Her exact words when she called, “ Pedro, I haven’t forgotten you. I will get someone to pick you up but if I have to I’ll pick you up personally.” That kind of boosted my ego. After I picked up my whip I went to the pad and went to take a picture of my new front end and saw that phone was locked so I tried the other phone then I said wait a minute, “Why do I have 2 cell phones?” As I looked I saw Teresa’s face briefly on the phone because she tracked it. She was so good to me , I’m gonna be good to her and drove back to return her cell. I was so pleased she saw it in my eyes and said to me ,” Looks like you want to give me a hug?” I said, “Yes I do.” I’m pleased with decision to go there.

We just got body work fixed here and Tria was great at answering any questions of mine, keeping me updated, and even fixing one last minute repair! Great customer service.
