Excellent service Ash did a phenomenal job!! Warranty and everything on my iPhone with replacements for free if needed. Thank you thank you thank you for 10 star service. Fast, friendly, reliable. After trying few places in the area that attempted to charge us unbelievable prices to purchase and repair our iPhone and Android this place we Google and found the best thankfully we didn’t give up.

If I could give it zero start, I would. My iPhone 13 needed the charging port replaced. I did my research to find a repair shop and found really good reviews for this place so I decided to give it a try. Ash was working and told me she could replace the charging port within 30 mins. As time passed, I showed back up to retrieve my phone that Ash said she was able to fix. Upon receiving the phone for 5 seconds, I noticed none of my buttons were working (volume, vibrate, power). I immediately tell Ash the issue and she tells me the phone was given to her that way. I immediately tell her that is not true as the only issue was the charging port. Ash then began to go back and forth with me telling me it wasn’t working and that I was wrong. At this point now I’m feeling scammed and I voiced my frustrations with her because my intelligence is now insulted. I told Ash run the camera back as it will show everything was working on the phone except for my charging port. Ash then tells me she fixed the issue and that she doesn’t want my money. Ash clearly put the phone back together wrong and I saw her on Google trying to figure out how to complete the initial job. After going back and forth for over an hour because I was not leaving until my phone was working, she then admits she remembers the button were working and that she will attempt to take the phone apart again. She took the phone apart for the 2nd time and noticed some parts weren’t tied back tight on the motherboard. Once she put it back together the 2nd time, all my buttons began to work again. I received no answer as to why would she lie on me like that. At this point, a 30 min job turned into a 2hr fix. The main things were eventually fixed But now I’m having issues with speaking on speaker phone/facetime as the quality is not clear at all and people can’t hear me. It is muffled and distorted and I didn’t have this issue before. I would not recommend this place at all. Your phone goes in with one issue and will be returned having more. Clearly Ash should receive more training before dealing with such a delicate expensive item. If you decided to move forward with them, make sure you triple check everything before leaving.
