Went in there for battery issues, just needed them to check it, after 2 days of not hearing back from them l, I called and was told give them another day ??? Too do what look at my car or fix it, told them I’m otw to get my car I’ll take it somewhere else, that’s when I was told to bring in a new battery, I bring in a new battery and was told it would take a hour to change, ok cool I come back 2 hours later, was given my key and told my battery is in my car, they didn’t even change the battery smh just a waste of my time HORRIBLE customer serviceService: Auto battery replacement

This was the worst place ever the asian guy named Chi had an attitude the entire process I overpaid not knowing the cost of services. He did not listen when I tried to explain the service that I needed and what was going on and he went in and fixed what he wanted to. He mentioned all his help quit and i see why with his nasty attitude. He did not want to explain anythingto me. When I picked my car up the heat was blowing but it started to overheat he wanted to charge a whole new price for a different repair. This was the worst experience ever. Customer beware of this business you will thank me later. Not an honest business at all!!!!

Fuel pump replaced. After replacing I had a check engine light. Took my car back to explain and Chi told me to leave car so that he can recheck it. After seeing code P0181 which is the fuel temperature sensor which is inside the fuel pump, he immediately called me and told me to come pick up my car because he could not find the problem. He wouldn't even give me the codes. He didn't want his mechanics going back into the fuel tank. (Manhours). He got outrageous with me. Chi is supposedly the manager and with that attitude I picked up my car and said I will never go back there again. he deserves a Zero for his attitude. $195 lost because my car sputters down the road.
