Went and got my (then 3m old) daughter’s ears pierced there. First earring went fine she was just surprised but got over it quick
Second one unfortunately the idiot piercer wasn’t paying complete attention to what she was doing, didn’t get the earring all the way through and got the gun stuck and proceeded to try to YANK IT OUT OF HER EAR! My poor baby let out this heartbreaking scream and it took her forever to stop crying. Her ear was red for almost two hours. My poor baby was in so much pain and so scared from that.
I’m not against Claire’s piercing ears, I got mine done and my fiancé got his nose pierced at a Claire’s but these employees are not trained. Do better

Upon arrival, the woman who pierced my daughters ears was a little short and snappy for someone who is about to perform this service. When asking about the earring prices she was very impatient. During and AFTER the pericing she warmed up a bit. She just comes off nasty. But at the end of the day she did great with my daughter's ears.... so far so good

Phyillis seem to be real irritated or bothered for some reason. She didn’t greet upon arrival to store. Even after she came out to begin the piercing no hey or anything. Just seemed she wanted to just rush us. Also, didn’t make any recommendations considering the fact my daughter is only 5 months. She decided to mention after I had decided on an earring for her ear. Glad I went to Icing upstairs the customer service was amazing.

I paid for real diamond earrings for my baby daughter and later went to get them checked and they were not real diamond earrings like I paid for they got over on me and did nothing to help me solve the issue still haven't heard from corporate to this day NOT GOOD BUSINESS!

I brought my 10 month in and Phyllis was so helpful and calmed my nerves. She has been doing this for years. She got us in and out quickly. Would definitely recommend for infant piercing.

They don't carry the products they advertise. I went to this store last year and this year to get a pair of earrings that they were advertising and each time I went I was told that they don't have them and don't know why they don't have them

Phyllis T, pierced my baby’s ears & she was wonderful. As soon as I walked in she had me fill out the paperwork & got started on her right away. I was on the edge & so nervous but she made the experience easy for me. She was professional & explained the different pricing for earrings & after care thoroughly. I’m pleased with the entire experience.
