There quote was way off. They’re insurance company scammers. Quoted $1900 and jumped to around $4000 the day before I was scheduled to pick up my vehicle
.My car was supposed to be finished by the 6th and I’m getting text sayings it’s on schedule to be completed on the 6th. So on the 5th I call to verify that my car will be ready on the 6th, and they’re telling me they’ll get back to me and what phase it’s in. So I call my insurance because I need a date to be able to extend my rental.My insurance calls them and they tell my insurance the 6th. So I go there in person after work on the 6th and they tell me my vehicle isn’t ready. I ask them when it’ll be ready and they say they’ll call me when it’s ready. I’ve never had work done on my car somewhere I couldn’t get a finish date. There was minor damage to my vehicle. Their excuse is they had to wait for parts, but now that you have the parts you still don’t have a date. After asking 3 times the man goes to the computer and tells me Tuesday. Yeah we’ll see.

Not a happy camper. Took car in for repairs to right side mirror on 6/24. Received a call on 7/8 that my car was ready for pickup. I went in and found that the mirror moved up and down but not side to side. They confirmed that it was installed correctly but that it was a defective part and they would have to reorder. Because they stated that the repair was complete, State Farm paid them in full. Today, which is 7/29, I called to check the status of the mirror because I had heard nothing and was told that the mirror was on back order until September 13! Are you kidding me? Because you have been paid, it is okay for me to drive with a faulty mirror for over 2 months! This is ridiculous! Get your act together, Classis Collision!

Picked my car up after bumper repair and 2 days later I noticed a good size paint chip on my bumper, took it back, waited about 30 minutes for the nonchalant manager, (don't know his name) to come out with an attitude to tell me that it looks like something popped up and chipped the paint, I have a few paint chips on the front of my car and they are very small dots this area is big area with the paint chip looks like it chipped going down, it’s mighty funny the paint chip is the area they just painted, apparently the paint job was rushed and not done right! This is my first and last time dealing with them! I should’ve known better when I dropped mine off and they didn’t have any cars in the shop!!! Take your business elsewhere insurance or no insurance!

If I could give zero stars I would. They keep jerking my husband around about his that they have had for 2 months now. Every week they say it will be ready next week. Which is a lie. We now have to give back our rental cause the insurance cover has run out on paying. Leaves us with out a car and we need a car for him to go back and forth to work. His job is now on the line do to them. I don't recommend using them. Please take your car some where else l.

Do not take your car to these people. It took almost a month to get my estimate completed. I had minor damage to my car. When I took it in I was told it should take maybe 5 days of less. I also had some touch up scratches on my car. I was first told it wouldn’t cost much to fix that because they would already have the paint. They never contacted me about the estimate for when I could finally get them on the phone they quoted me a price that was far more that the price charged the ins company to replace the entire front bumper and light on my car. It actually took them 3 weeks to complete my car after telling me it should take 5 days or less.Guess I should have known the first day when I walked in and another customer was irate about their service and the second time I had to go to their place if business because no one was answering the phone for 3 days there was another customer just MAD about the service there.FIND ANOTHER COMPANY TO REPAIR YOUR CAR! You won’t be sorry…,

I took my car for an Estimate only June 29, 2023, my insurance company finally received it around July 20th. I had spoke to Macy and she advised I would get the estimate emailed to me along with her notifying my insurance company. This did not happen. Also not all the visible damage was noted in the estimate. I have called/reached out several times and no one has responded back. This guy that answers the phone is very professional and kind but the rest of the staff is bringing this business down. If it takes almost a month to get an estimate emailed, imagine the waiting period for the actual repair. I highly recommend choosing another shop unless you don't mind the wait.

I don’t recommend this place! I got in a small accident June 24th and my appointment was made for July 24th. Once I get there for The time of my appointment they telling me they won’t be able to fix my car until September, because two of their techs quit! Instead of them calling me days in advance they wait to tell me when I arrive. Bad communication and service, and the fact I had to wait a whole month was very irritating! PLEASE WORK ON COMMUNICATION!

Man at the desk is very nice with awesome customer service I called was so frustrated about them having my car so long and he was overall still calm.. How ever my car been here since March it’s now the end of July going into August every time I called they said it’s in assembly been in assembly for 3 months ok called in May same thing .. Junecomes been painted put back together just going thru inspection.. Even gave me a date it will be ready .. ok called that day still going thru inspection suppose to be ready now …(Remember) when I called there 3 more weeks out waiting on back order parts to put everything back together.. Wth it went from assembly to everything put back together and painted just going thru final inspection .. Now they waiting on back orders parts for my car ??? So guess what that mean ? It wasn’t put together it wasn’t painted !!! Don’t take your car here if you need a decent repair time !!! At this point have they mess my car up or what .. First 3 weeks Macy been so long I think that’s her name was communicating about the car all communication stop 2 months ago .. now going on 6months!!!!!! Still no car!!..

I retrieved my vehicle over a week ago, as I was driving I noticed the lights on the dash panel would come on and off. I check to see if the battery was loose, there were tools left in my engine compartment. Next I get to the store, go to get my double stroller out the back, it’s missing! I called the next day, told the staff what happened, they told me someone will call me. Call again the next day, same thing.The next week I go to the shop, Joe finally comes out to talk to me, tells me the tools belongs to his paint guy and he was unsure why they were there. So I said what about my stroller, he said well I’m unsure why someone would take that, I told him I think they just moved it because there are plenty of things they could have stole out the vehicle. He said well let me get with my boss to see what we can do! I have yet to hear anything back Joe! I did record the conversation.Service: Painting

I went in to get an estimate on some damage and there computers where down. The lady said she would email me the estimate total when the computers are back up and running. That was well over a week ago and they still haven’t emailed me. You try to call and it just rings. This place is unorganized.
