I went to the store to ask questions about my bill. A young man by the name of CJ waited on me. I didn’t have my glasses so I couldn’t see what he was showing me but when I tell you this young man went above and beyond. I have worked customer service for 15yrs and as a young person he was awesome. He explained my bill set me up with a new promotion and a better price than what I was paying which was my issue. He was very polite and patient with me (a 67 year old woman without her glasses) you don’t find that much these days so I just wanted to give him KUDOS for a job well done!!!!!

They need to fix their wifi over at Woodspring Suites Stockbridge GA hotel. It’s constantly dropping out and that to me would make me avoid their services in the future. Mind you, hotel wifi is supposed to be naturally slow (3 mbps and up) but never to the point where it’s constantly dropping the connection. Can’t even attend zoom calls if I needed to. Trash

I was having trouble with my internet. Ace helped with pick a new plan, save some money on my bill, and walked me through how to install things myself. He has a forever customer!

I went to morrow Xfinity store and it wasn’t sure if my problem was gone to be solved, but the associate I had name Marquisse helped me with no problems He was patient. He got me in and out quick & fast and solve my problem I really appreciated him. If you need anything done go to the morrow store. The customer service is excellent .

Walked in with an attitude walked out with a smile . Ace , KJ and Wes were great at assisting me! Very knowledgeable young men also hilarious ! If you go to this location in morrow ask for one of those young men you want regret it !

Came to get a charger that they had on the shelf and told me to go to Best Buy instead very unprofessional and rude. Save your time and go somewhere else.

Xfinity is terrible and they are too high. my bill go up every month and communications are terrible. I turned in a box because the bill was too, they didn't cancel the TV service although I turned in the box and when I called the reason that they said it wasn't canceled because I had to verbally say those words although I turned in the only TV box I had and discuss the situation with the girl at the counter. she even said that I would received a text and I never received a text. when I spoke with the live agent for 20 minutes they were no help and that they would transfer me to someone that could help, mind you all I wanted to do was discontinue the TV service. they put me on the call back list and when the person called me back they couldn't even help me saying the people that I needed to speak with were closed. was on the phone 45 minutes at least with the situation not being resolved. so now I have to wait to speak with someone again tomorrow. TERRIBLE and it's always like this along with the extremely high bill for TV

Had to close an account due to the death of my father, and the compassion shown was incredible. A young man by the name of Bud exhibited exceptional leadership and went above and beyond to take care of the situation expeditiously.If he isn’t a manager, he definitely should be ; given, the level of professionalism demonstrated in my most vulnerable time of need. On another note. Mr. Bud is not bad on the eyes,, either!An awesome young man. You need help, ask for Bud you will not be disappointed! May God continue to bless this young man.

This whole company is trash
