“Front security/greeter gentleman was very friendly and helpful. I didn't get his name, but he had shoulder-length locs. Currently, the building is undergoing some construction so so items are in the back, and you have to wait for retrieval.”
“Great customer service experience from Jada and the manager in the printing department. Also, appreciate the cashier who worked this closing as well. some days, i was there past their close of business hours and was not pushed out the door and neither of them didn't hesitate to assist to make sure the printing job was complete. “Customer service is good - for the most part - and the many years purchasing from them. I would suggest to a friend. However, don't purchase an extended warranty - it's not worth it.One incident, I was back and forth with Best Buy and the TV company. I lost, and it wasn't honored. Maybe it's my fault for not reading the fine print.”
