my experience at Concentra was professional , Convenient and Fast. The morrow location is the closest to where i live. I was able to get in and out and still go to work.

I was there for over 3 hours for a work physical and drug screen . Dr. Stated I should have been informed it would take that long. I was not. Left in an exam room for over 2 hours without anyone checking in or providing an update. Phlebotomist was wonderful, Effecient. Larger woman at the front desk sighed every few minutes while checking myself and everyone else in. Never made eye contact. Phlebotomist was literally the only person that smiled at me in the entire building. Facility is clean and well kept. Staff is not promoting the environment I can only hope you are attempting to provide.

This was my first time @ this location! I came in for a pre-employment test. The office was packed, but trust and believe me. I was in and out in 30-40 mins. Staff works quick and very professional. This will be my go to from now on. Thanks!
