I was treated like a common criminal despite the fact I was there voluntarily for pre employment testing. This invasive and humiliating process needs to change. Dogs get treated better at the pound.

When I arrived the front desk lady acknowledged me and got me checked in quickly. I had a short wait of about 10-15 minutes. Then Ms. Meeka came and brought me to the back for my visit. Ms. Meeka was the highlight of the visit. She was welcoming, professional, quick and just a delight to work with. I hope to have her as my nurse everytime I visit this location. My results were also ready very quickly. Quicker than the estimated time frame. Which I am also appreciative of.

Wait times can be a little long, other than that, great staff, knowledgeable nurses and physicians that make you comfortable.

The front desk was very polite and kind. The lady doctor was awesome! She had great bedside manners. I appreciate them doing there job with a smile. These days it is hard to find pleasant people. Thanks again to the entire office.

They were the most unprofessional group we have ever going to, with the exception of Ashley, however she wasn’t there today. My husband was there For a recheck on his BP, and just to talk with the doctor. We waited about 1hr in waiting room, then he was taken back stuck in a room for another 3 hrs with out any one coming back to check on him or explain way it was so long, then they misplaced paperwork that was faxed over by our general practitioner the day before. Finally Dr Anthony Taylor came popping in the room very arrogant, didn’t want to hear anything my husband had to say, Told him that his BP was still up which read 148/82, Anyone’s blood pressure would be up on the top number after Being stuck in a room for three hours. He tried to explain how good of reading he had at home. Anthony said well. blood pressure is good at home when I sit there and have a corona. I thought that was extremely unprofessional. My husband seem to calm down a few minutes asking him if he would take it again he refused. he was very rude and condescending. You have the little monitor in the rooms that stayed in your mission statement and also your vision. I think everyone needs to review the vision again because this experience certainly didn’t include everything in that vision. The way my husband was treated today was inexcusable. I think people in the healthcare field need to treat others like they were treating their own family, or they need to get out of that profession.
