Don’t be a handicapped business owner and try to shop here. No electric carts no assistance we literally drive to this location as a business.

Do not shop at this location very rude associates and assistant manager. They all need to go back to school for customer service. Let's start with Greeting. When someone walk into your business your first order of business should be Hello or Welcome. Not card? Regardless of your policy it's called etiquette. So I proceed to say my friend is shopping... greeter states oh they have to let us know at the door. Ask for the manager, he comes what's the problem? My friend is shopping she asked me for my card I have been in several times without presenting this. Never the less the point is... customer service!! Instead of saying oh u don't have a card you have to be a member to come in.. well obviously. As a manager what you should be saying is..Welcome I understand your friend is shopping but since you are not a member let see if we can get you signed up to become a member today. Just a lesson on customer service and how to attract more customers with a pleasant attitude and knowing communication strengths. Anyways I will be blogging about this a little later...just insight for the corporate on what you all can do better Mr. Tyler Hawkins and associate.

The milk was priced at 2 but charged 3.46. Shouldn’t have went to the customer service because it took them 20 minutes to process this mistake and all my other frozen foods have become… unfrozen.

As A Member I Enjoy, The Hospitality, Given...And The Kind And Friendly Service, Is Always Inviting...Overall Prices Are Fairly Decent, Depending On What You Purchase...Most Things Are In Bulk...But There A Variety Of Small Groups Of Fresh Fruit, Water Etc; And Gas Prices Are Almost Always Outstanding... With That Being Said; Hospitality Is Must...And At The Top! Of The List In My World...Which Is Very Rare, In This Crazily Unsound World We Live In Now...Therefore; Its Worth Being Member...As The Saying Goes..."You Get What You Pay For"

I was manipulated into paying more for a membership only to find out later its $60 for Gold membership. I spent $120 and I couldn't even get my photo membership card because the machine was down. It's still down 5 days later.

If I could give zero I could and I will today me and my family went into the Costco in morrow and the lady Keisha was very rude maybe they need to do inspections or something to keep some of there employees in check then another note Costco makes money regardless I cannot believe the targetness that me and my family has experienced from this miserable Karen I hope you get better Keshia the attitude should stay at home not a place where it clearly seems as you don’t nor didn’t want to be or work maybe or perhaps find a new job or career I’m sure they have better employees

Just wanted to check it out and see if it was the same as a regular warehouse. They don't have a bakery or a meat section. No tire store. They have a gas station but didn't see a tire air pump. Sometimes I like to check out my tires on pressure. They are opening up a new warehouse on Thursday 11/16/2023 not to far away from this location. It has all the regular amenities.

If you are a Costco member, then you definitely need to know about the business center located on Mount Zion Rd in McDonough, GA. There are only 17 business centers in the entire Costco system. We are so fortunate to have one in the Atlanta area. This store is different from the retail Costco stores in that it caters to small businesses. This means they stock many items small businesses and restaurants use such as to go containers, beverages, paper products, a wide selection of meats. Most items are sold in bulk so you may have to split them up and store them. If you are willing to do this, there are huge savings to be found. Come on out today and see what all the fuss is about!!

Poor management. Some employees are completely unprofessional when you interrupt their socializing session to ask for assistance. Floors are constantly dirty with debris. Products are disorganized with improper labeling. It is to no surprise as to why this is the first Costco where there's barely any customers and has no hotdogs/pizzas.Please do yourselves a favor and drive a few minutes down the road for Sam's club. It far surpasses this place in customer service and proper management.

Members-only warehouse selling a huge variety of items including bulk groceries, electronics and more. Costco Business Center offers an expanded selection of high quality products for food service, convenience stores and offices at a great value. This store location has a gas station in the premises. I love going here as they always have done of the least expensive gas in the area. They offer only regular and premium (no mid grade or diesel). The line is rarely long and the store is never too crowded. So simple to get out, fill up, and go about your day. If you just need gas at a great price this is the place. Carry a Visa card if you want to pay with a credit/debit card. Costco Citi Visa card is a great addition for frequent shoppers. Compare to other Costco stores this one has very little inventory. There is a difference between the "Regular Costco" and Business Center. This is where restaurant owners and small stores shop. So don't come here looking for samples of different foods, clothing, shoes, toys, furniture, flowers, and etc. They sell items for individual sale. Whole, yep the entire animal to cut and cook. This is a huge store, you can go here if you are trying to buy anything in bulk. Many things here are even larger in size than at other Costco stores. There are many various business equipment items for sale and even larger cuts of meat, like whole goat. It's worth giving this Costco Business Center a look. You might find things you could not find at other Costco stores. They close at 6 PM and are open everyday. It's a walk-in and shop or they will deliver. The staff are very helpful and friendly, very good customer service. The prices are usually the best here that can be found. The place is maintained clean and neat. There's plenty of free parking in and around the store.
