Been a loyal, appreciative Cycle Gear customer for I guess over 10 years now but only recently relocated to Atlanta so only recently started shopping the SE ATL location. Honestly, the best staff I've come across. Both gentleman I engaged with were both engaging and very knowledgeable about not only the equipment &gear the store had to offer, but obviously true cycling enthusiasts.
Won't be in ATL for much longer, but I'm pretty sure I'll be passing by the store before I leave if for no other reason than to thank the guys and bs about bikes one more time.
Wish I could recall the managers name, but I do recall the other gentleman was Keith... I think!
Memories the first thing to go!

I went into the Morrow, Ga store looking for a helmet for my new Dual Sport adventures. Ebony was there to help. She was very patient and very knowledgeable. I was in the store for better than an hour. I purchased a new helmet (LS2 modular) and the communications that she recommended. The purchase was installed in minutes, she made sure the correct shield was in place. I have ridden for Many, Many years, own 4 motorcycles. I had never been into a Cycle Gear, they have earned my business!! Stellar service!

I went in to look for a helmet and a jacket because I'm taking the beginning motorcycle class. The manager helped me out from answering all of my questions to getting me to sign up for their one year membership. I apologize for not remembering his name but need to say I walked out with everything that I went looking for and I'm going back for the woman riding vest. Thank you and I'm happy that I was referred to this store. I couldn't be happier.

Good choice to stop at cycle gear. I was greeted by 2 very knowledgeable ladies when I entered
I asked the location of a cramp buster, sales staff walked me to them and answered several questions about different products. I will definitely shop there again eventhough they have a decent online store to boot. Best I could tell there was no price difference from online purchasing.

I like the variety they have in the store with the merch. Team members are knowledgeable & of the Biker Culture which is a plus. I got my front & back tires put on there. The store should do a better job letting customers know when shipments are in. I had to send 5 emails to corporate or somebody to get an update on tires I bought on a Thursday looking for them Monday. Also all team members should know how to mount tires so I don’t have to wait for a tire guy to come in on Tuesday. Overall it’s a good store.
