DTLR offers a mixed experience. Customer service is not always the best, but it improved compared to the first couple stores visited. Staff are friendly and helpful, sometimes amazing, and will check local stores or ship items to home if not in stock. Cleanliness and a large amount of stock make it a favorite. Customers appreciate the workers and plan to return. Overall, DTLR is a solid choice for those looking for good stock and a clean store.
I placed an order ship to store. The associate didnt place the order under my name but the order came. All associates was nice and no hiccups
