TAI is the man! He is great with cars, he knows his stuff! I would highly recommend him to do all mechanic jobs with your car. Tai definitely had so much patience with me, he Blessed me with a great deal, I am so grateful for him, I’m so Blessed to have mate him, he will forever be my go to here in Georgia. I rate this shop a never ending 100 stars ⭐️ keep up the great work Mr. TAI ! I’ll see you soon. My car is great!

My family has trusted Tai with our cars for a few years now and up until recently I have felt E&R Auto was a respectable company.
We had my son's Altima dropped off by a tow truck as the check engine light had been on for awhile along with sputtering and stopping sometimes. After not hearing back from them for 3 days we called to check in and was assured the car would be looked at the next day. We stopped by 2 days later and the car was still sitting in the place it was towed and we were again assured the car would have a diagnostic run (mind you during this time my son is catching Lyfts to work). For almost 2 weeks the car sat and when we returned we were told there was nothing wrong with the car. My son drove the car home and after the 2nd day the check engine light came on. We then took the car to a dealer and within an hour we were told the PCV Valve was loose and needed to be replaced along with a few other issues.
This was negligence and a lack of professionalism on the behalf of E&R along with dangerous as something could have went terribly wrong with the car. After reading a few other reviews I see their service has been in question and gone down hill for some time.

Been going to Tai for a long time but very disappointed the last few times. Our family trusted Tai for his honesty but he had betrayed us all with lies. My oldest brother and brother in law had similar experiences. I had drop my car off for a diagnostic test and a quote. Tai, without my consent change out the starter and bill me $500. Not just that when i picked up my car, it was on empty. They took my car for personal use and almost left me stranded on the road. I hope you do your research first before going to Tai. Seems like he doesn’t care anymore, which is very sad for someone who USED to be great at his works.

Terrible experience. I went to them to get a wheel bearing changed, bought the part and everything. I asked them to look at it before doing anything and they said they would never do it. They just changed it. Plus, they broke the old bearing trying to take it out. Charged me $250. Two weeks pass, my CV axle on the same side they changed the bearing snaps completely and a piece gets stuck in the bearing. They refused to acknowledge it could have been the bearing's fault. So I go somewhere else and get charged another $250 to change the axle. I was told to come back to e&r to have the bearing pushed in correctly because the shop that changed my axle said the new bearing needs to be adjusted to avoid the CV axle being snapped again they refuse to even really look at it haven't taken it apart once to actually check the bearing and i informed them im hearing grinding again the same noise my old bearing made but not as often or bad but they still refuse to acknowledge anything and refuse to actually make sure the bearing is correct all around i plan on going in tomorrow to finally get them to physically look at the bearing and make sure it's seated correctly and if they do it i will change my rating but for now i recommend avoiding them for any moderate to big jobs on your car and just goes to a local mechanic who isn't part of a shop and who you can trust

My lighter socket wasn't working so I couldn't charge my phone. I called them and brought my vehicle up there and they fixed it in 10 minutes for a great price! Thank you.

This shop is one of those you go and use for years because they are a gem. They are honest, fair, top notch quality, and does right by the customers. Tai is a great mechanic, and his team is also. It’s hard to find people you can trust, but they haven’t let me down.

The absolute most honest and reliable mechanic I've ever had. He's worked on almost every vehicle I've owned, and I've never had to fix the same thing twice. Very honest. God bless Tai and his staff.

My first visit 02/13/2024. Very cordial and professional. Waiting/Receptionist area was very clean. The price to diagnose my car was very civil, and then I was informed that this charge would go towards the repairs if I elected to get it. I was also told they would warrant labor and their parts. They also install your own parts. Thanks a lot for your honesty. I didn't need any services today.

Man Tai delivers every time! I don’t know what to say. I live close so I bring my cars here any time they need work. I will hate when I move because I will have to find another mechanic but he will get you in and out. I’ve drop my car early morning and by afternoon it’s ready.When I move I may still have to bring it to him

This place is the best. Often the dealership such as Mercedes will not even look at a car over 10 years old. Very knowledgeable about all makes of cars and even advised me to go to the dealership if it was sold that my warranty should cover and saved me money on a few occasions.
