It needed a whole new mother board.It was fixed in a timely fashion and ready when promised.The owner was very kind and explained everything I wanted to know about the computer and how to keep it working properly.I will definitely return if I have any problems with my computers.”

“This rating is strictly for the technician. My only complaint is he waited until 5pm on the day of service to advise the part was 30 miles away and we needed to reschedule for the next day. Other than that, he correctly diagnosed and fixed the issue. Sears on the other hand would receive a one star rating.”
