I mistakenly selected this location, while reserving the car through Costco Travels. I was not allowed to add a driver while paying with a debit card. I was told it has to be a spouse. I explained that he resides with me, pays bills, etc… and I wanted clarification on their definition of a domestic partner, reminding them of their posted policy on the website. Even asked if it was an individual franchise or something and was told no. Instead, I was told about issues arising with audits and the problems they have with scammers. I told them I have never rented with another company, they should be able to see my roughly 10 year rental history, and that the person I’m trying to add as been an added driver before, I’m not a scammer. They still would not add him without a credit card. Then gave me an unwashed car covered in bird droppings and red mud. Would have went somewhere else if it wasn’t late on a Sunday and we really needed access to another vehicle. I guess they can pick and choose which company policies to adhere to. I called customer service they issued me some points and asked me to go to another location tomorrow to add my driver. Prior to this, never had a bad experience at an Enterprise.

I was nervous before coming here because of all the negative reviews but I actually had a positive experience here. I reserved a car online and filled in my information. When I went to pick up the car, I was informed about all the fees, since I had to pay the young renter fee thing, and was told about the different gas options. I payed and then left with the rental. Super friendly staff too shout out to Christine! They definitely made my first rental experience a good and easy one.

The day my girlfriend and I arrived (~30 mins late) there clearly was a supply bottleneck due to unforeseen issues. A staff member said they’d take care of it within 30-45 minutes, and we asked if we could head out for lunch to then come back with the issue dealt with. They said yes. We came back about an hour and 15 minutes later to give them a time buffer since there was a queue of people in the lobby. When we got back it appeared as though this problem had been put on the back burner and not dealt with. Thankfully, the woman who appeared to be the manager, or who is the clear problem solver of the bunch, was able to get us a vehicle within 30 minutes so we could make it to an event that we had at 6pm that evening in North Georgia just slightly late.
It was disappointing that a male staff member was up front on the phones calling customers asking about their experience with this store when his time and effort could have previously been put towards addressing our and other customers issues. Maybe better to have this person in back if their position is predominantly dedicated to such activities. Not a great look when you have more than one customer waiting for hours for vehicles that they had reserved at a reserved time. The car also smelled of cigarette smoke which capped off a less than enjoyable experience.

No need in making a reservation at this location because it’ll never be acknowledged!!!! I was called the day before and told that the cars were limited okay that’s fine but in the day of why aren’t you all calling me before my pick up time to give me an update! It’s crazy because I said to myself I should e gone to Cobb county or somewhere opposite of this side of town because I encounter nothing but problems from this side and it’s ridiculous! I HATE THEY MAKE YOU PAY AN EXTRA DEPOSIT TO RENT FROM THE AIRPORT IF YOU DONT HAVE A FLIGHT!

My God in heaven! Be prepared to wait and hear many excuses about why there is no car available that you may have reserved months to weeks in advance! The one star is for the staff…. Each one remained professional despite the fact that they were offering the poor excuses and , even when all the customers in the office became frustrated. To Enterprise rent- a - car…STOP overbooking! Not a good look!

My experience with Enterprise in Morrow, GA Jonesboro Rd., was terrible. I reserved a vehicle for a trip, confirmed and told them I would be there before my reservation time and they were not able to produce what I reserved, which resulted in me canceling a very important trip. Showed no concern, didn't try to accommodate, didn't offer any credits towards a future rental, nothing. Extremely poor customer service.
Good luck with your future rental ventures at this location.

It’s a manager there that have a problem with me I don’t know. But I went there to rent a car and I brought my water bill and my AT&T bill OK. Get here but by the way, this is my second time coming back so the guy asked me for the bills. I gave him the bills and he’s saying that it was past due. So I went to the place to get printout and he told me that he could use them. I could go get it. OK get back there now. He needed a PDF. So we can’t use them and my bills are not due one of the bills for the AT&T. The bill is not due until July 22. The day was the july 7 2025 so what I look like paying a bill before is due date to get a Rent-A-Car now that did not make sense to me because it not due. By the way, his name is Fred. So now I’m going to BBB and corporate office about this

I have always used Enterprise for my car rentals. After this most recent experience, I will NEVER use them again. The dealership that had my car for repair specifically told JOSH in person that they were taking over the rental fees from May 30th until my car was ready. JOSH took it upon himself to ignore this and purposely closed out the rental charging my card for 10 days instead of 3 days. The dealership called this location to get this resolved. They were told they would be refunding the difference. They lied, they did not issue a refund or attempt to contact me. This has now been escalated to corporate and my credit card company.
