I recently visited the Express Factory Outlet, and unfortunately, my experience was underwhelming. The store had very limited options for men, which was disappointing as I expected a better variety. To make matters worse, I was the only customer in the store during my visit, and despite being there for about 8 minutes, none of the staff acknowledged or greeted me. It felt like I was completely invisible.
The lack of customer service and minimal selection made the visit feel like a waste of time. I hope they improve their inventory and train staff to be more welcoming in the future.

All the clothes were well organized and tidy. I received the most excellent service and shopping experience from Ms. Rene. This is a great store and I love shopping here.

I love this store. I always find great deals. Lately I’ve been shopping dresses and there are so many options. The sales team is bigger now and I notice a difference with service for the better.

I prefer the outlet in Southlake mall. If they don't have what I am looking for, I just go online and just go bananas'. I love Express. I just recently purchased a Tuxedo. Will post pictures when I get it. Enjoy everyone.
