Online it says they open at 9am I arrived at 9:55am and the employee just got here!!! So I have to wait until she get ready I mean we gotta do better as employees, business owners etc check on your stores this is ridiculous every one standing outside because it’s the only one near them some even had to walk the the store….. Family Dollar Owner I’m calling you out make it right!!!!

This store needs a major overhaul. It’s not clean, organized or barely stocked. You have to maneuver through carts and boxes stacked on the floor. Sometimes not even about to get to the product that IS in the shelf. I recently made a purchase of dog food and peanut butter only to get home and realize it was expired. And it had been expired for FOUR MONTHS! When I went back to exchange it, all the (crunchy)peanut butter was expired. Every single one had an expiration date that was 4 months past due.

They have a lady working in the front that’s obviously mute. Which is odd because cashiers are suppose to have customer service. If she has this disability she should not be working as a cashier. I just think it’s weird. And if she’s not mute then idk why she doesn’t talk to customers. She’s an old lady too should know better.

This is the worst Family Dollar. They are always closing for the most ridiculous reasons. When they are open the shelves are empty. The customer service is non-existent. Just close already. This store is 3 minutes from my house. I’ll continue to drive to the Stockbridge Store

Everything was clean and neat I dont usually shop at this store but I wS on my way home and stopped in. The cashier was amazing very friendly. And sweet!

I been coming up to this store and they be closed off early for the past few days and almost a week I walk up there for nothing when it say they close at 9 PM or 10 pm

This location was so dirty and unorganized. Employees and manager was unprofessional. They had a gift card display and couldn't load them. Instead of putting a sign up they had people standing in line just to tell them after a long wait that they couldn't sell them. One cashier had on a bonnet on. She was sweet but shouldn't be at work looking ghetto. The outside was disgusting, almost didn't go in but really needed a few things.
