Very professional and helpful. My package was not sealed completely, so the clerk grabbed her tape and proceeded to seal the package on all sides. This action was done without me having to ask. Awesome customer service. Highly recommend this location!!!

So three trips to FedEx today all waste of time my second time I didn’t have my ID carried my boxes in there asked the lady can I run and get it and leave the boxes so I don’t have to carry them back-and-forth. She told me no I had to take them so I took them back with me Came back and this lady in the picture said that I cannot use the use boxes that I am shipping clothes in due to the box previously having a symbol on it that I covered with a sticker that no one can see but she seen it that morning so now she’s telling me I have to change the box instead of just giving proper customer service because the symbol is now covered. They just continue to make the day even worse for me with little snickers in ol wells. It’s always our people who love to make it harder for us, so good job FedEx great customer service. Went to the post office. They took the box gladly, and without my ID and at a cheaper price with the same delivery time. Should’ve just gone to USPS like always, I was just trying to try something new.

The customer service of an employee named Brandi is condescending and wrong. She has a nice/nasty demeanor. This is my second time at this location and the last. They really need to do something about her.

Since I retired, I had not been to Morrow Fed Ex Kinko’s location in a while but after we had unsuccessfully tried to get a funeral program printed at several locations (in and out of state), I decided to give it a whirl. When I tell you that their assistant manager Kenyatta came through in the clutch, it doesn’t even adequately describe her heroics. She figured out the issue that no other printer could, she corrected it then she sent it to their Massachusetts location so it could be picked up there in time for Monday’s services. Did I mention our time crunch? Kudos again and again to Kenyatta for her knowledge, professionalism, helpfulness and kindness during a difficult time. The programs came out beautifully and in time thanks to her handiwork. Forever grateful. 🙏🏽

Bought box and sent something to Tennessee, box never made it past Ellenwood Ga , they are now refusing to give me my money back for box and shipping says it dims out of there hands . When you call customer service you connect to India and can never get anything resolved. Worst company, worst service, horrible people ..!! DO NOT USE Fed ex .. Total rip off

I ordered a retractable banner for a big event at the Atlanta Dream game Thursday to get picked up on Friday. I got a call saying they didn’t have any pieces for what I ordered. I called back Saturday to see what the update was and was told to come pick up. I tried setting it up for our first event and noticed it was put together incorrectly. I took it back Sunday afternoon soon as they opened to get it fixed after an hour the work ordered three boxes and stated they all were broke. Which resulted in us being late to our event and yet again not having what we needed. Was told i would be getting a refund. I had to call and ask them to process it. Overall bad business.

Bethany is THE MOST outstanding customer service representative in the store. She has a pleasant greeting when assisting the customers. She's personable with her customers to be sure that their experience with FedEx leaves and impression after receiving service from her. She smiles and it's just wonderful. I wish we had more in customer service like her.

Brandi was very rude and passive aggressive towards me on my visit to the FedEx. I ship items constantly for the IT company I work for. I brought two small boxes each containing 1 computer screen each, she said they did not have a box big enough to accommodate the 2 boxes even though I can see them on the shelf. I ask could I see the box and see for myself to which she replied “No I can’t” which I did not expect. That’s fine, so I had to have the company send another label via email to her and myself, once it arrived in my inbox I stood in line again to drop the second box off, she was very condescending when she said it hadn’t arrived on their end. “I thought you were having them send it” were her words in a condescending way. She made sure to kick me out of the line before allowing me to try to send it to the email again but the label showed up less than 15 seconds later or it could have been there the whole time, because I mean it did arrive on my end. I just can’t stand people who get a rise out of trying to inconveniencing the very people who give them business. Very weird interaction, never had that happen with any of the other employees
