No help at all, don't go there. The women there not interested in the business, she seems to be bother by customers.

I went there today to print out a few copies. I was unsure of how to print the information. I ask Brandi to assist however, she just basically told me to log off and reboot in which I did. In the midst of me asking her another question she walked off. I guess I wasn’t important enough for her to help me. After I attempted to print my first document (in which it didn’t) I informed the rep which was again Brandy but she did not assist. (I also had the receipt to prove that’s it didn’t print). So I then spoke with Canaya for assistance. She assisted me even though she was helping another customer. Instead of getting all the copies I really needed I just requested a copy of each document. By this time I was frustrated and felt that my time as a customer was not valued.

This was the worst customer service i have experienced with fed ex. I arrived on 01/03/24 at 845am to ship off a ebay package. The agent had a terrible attitude. She tells me that ebay never use fed ex for shipping and when i pointed out she was wrong she iqnored it. I have always been welcomed with amazing friendly customer service at other fed ex locations. I ship many packages so i will probably be using ups because of this one lady who represents fed ex with a terrible attitude.Update: Manager called and took care of the issue. Manager is amazing. Thank you.

I have got to give a shout out to FedEx Employee Pam Ray! After trying to get a live person on the phone to ask a simple question for over an hour, I was able to get in touch with this random fabulous employee on the phone. I am sure she thought I was a crazy person, because at the time, I was pretty close to it. I am not sure if she is the only real live human who works at FedEx, but if she is, they have a good one! Pam was VERY helpful, very detailed in her help, and so very kind. You need at least 10 Pam's in every location. Thank you Thank you Thank you Pam!

Horrible experience. Kenyatta was very rude. Did not acknowledge me when I came in. Stepped off to take a personal call in the middle of our transaction and quoted me a much higher price then I paid for the same print job in a previous visit. Very unprofessional. I understand being short staffed but it does not excuse being unprofessional.

Terrible!!! Truly so heart broken and upset with fedex and this location, i dropped off my package here and NEVER got it because the driver “forgot” to scan it in. This was something I can’t get back!!!! So irresponsible with other people’s belongings, do not recommend trusting them with your items!!! Go to ups or usps like I should’ve

The staff member that help showed no patience when I requested help with copying machine. I visited the store on November 3,2023 at 1:30 pm did not get her name. I was so frustrated I left the store.

Brandi and Kenyatta provided me with excellent service. I am new to the area and will be making this my FedEx location. Although they were busy, they both spent time with me to assist with all my needs.

This has been the worst experience ever! I’m in Texas and I’m trying to get in contact with an employee in this Georgia location just to ask a simple question. The call goes to an automated line and will not allow you to speak with a representative. You must have a tracking number or a door tag number. Well, I don’t have one! I only need to ask a question that isn’t addressed through their automated line. This is extremely frustrating, stressful and they should have a better system.

Came in to get documents notarized the website stated that they can help you in store. I asked one lady she said she had no idea then Rodney the manager gave me a print out and acting like it was a bother to help me it made me embarrassed to have to beg for help when I'm in a place of business.
