I had a bad experience at Southlake Mall location. Sale Associate was Teairra R. ( 4/19/25 at 3:35pm ) She was very unprofessional. I purchased two pairs of different colors slides . When I got home ……there were (mix match ) slides in one of the boxes. I work at night and this is very inconvenient. But, I will be going back for a cash refund.

There was a worker by the name of Courtney, she was amazing. I mean she toke her time and helped me even though I was all over the place with shoes and shoes size availability. She smiled and joked the whole time with me even though I was stressed. Thank you Courtney!!!! we need more people with customer service like you.

Spend your hard earned money elsewhere! Don't shop here, they should close this location or change management. Mya the assistant manager was rude to me. I tried to exchange a $172 pair of shoes when the strap broke after 2 days of wearing. She didn't try to help me look up my receipt so I called Corporate and got it.
She argued with me that I called earlier and told her that they were broke out of the box, she tried to make me get a larger pair because that is the only way they can exchange and when I asked for her Manager Brian, he suddenly leaves the store and is not available after just approving the exchange.
Horrible experience!!! Mya, don't argue with the customer. I'm sure you don't own the store or shoes so just do your job and this could ha e been a better experience. No need to be so extra nasty, rude and argue with a customer. It's called Customer Service not beat the customer up.
On the other hand Quana saved the day. She listened, didn't argue, exchanged the shoe and told me to have a nice day. Great Customer Service Quana, you get 5 stars. The 1 star is for Brian and Mya!

The Assistant Manager Tan should take customer service and de-escalation courses. She is rude, short, and mismanaged her title. She refused to assist me with a simple question while checking out at the register and ignored me while continuously asking who helped you instead of assisting me then became extremely nasty.

TERRIBLE PLACE, THEY PUT FALSE PRICES AND SINCE THE PURCHASES GIVE YOU ANOTHER PRICE AND THEY DON'T WANT TO RESPECT THE MARKED PRICES, I ASKED FOR THE PRICE ADJUSTMENT AND I TOLD THEM IT WAS THEIR OBLIGATION TO RESPECT THE MARKED SALE PRICE AND IT WAS NOT VALID FOR ME DESPITE PAYING IN CASH , I COMMENT "I STILL DO YOU A FAVOR IN GIVING YOU THE REFUND, BUT I CANNOT CHARGE IT AT THE LABEL PRICE"....

Jerrica W. was exceptional assisting me with my grandson returning and selecting a different Nike Sneaker. She took time to re-measure his feet and assisted him with the lacing of the shoes and insured the fit was correct. Jerrica was very customer friendly (mannerable). I am a retired Marine Corps Officer and I recognize leadership and concern in individuals. Jerrica has these qualities and more. I recommend her for leadership and management positions with Nike.

I tried to place an order online yesterday; but when I clicked “place order,” I got a pop-up message that said, “oops, something went wrong.” No confirmation number was provided; so I tried again and got the same message that something went wrong, again with no confirmation number. Then I placed an order with a different store & received immediate confirmation from them, and my order was ready for pickup 5 minutes later. It wasn’t until after I received that confirmation email, that I received 2 emails from Foot Locker that both orders were received. I called customer service & explained the situation asking and asked to cancel the orders. The CS rep tried to tell me there was nothing he could do; but I explained again that it was their fault due to a website glitch, so he tried to call the store but wasn’t able to reach anyone. He then sent 2 separate messages to the store to make them aware of the problem & told me to wait for a response from the store. Well, I never received a response we from the store. Then I received messages that my orders (2 separate orders for the exact same pair of shoes; they should have realized this was not normal & there must be a problem) were ready to pick up, ironically after I drove an hour to pick up my order at the other store. The emails also said that if I don’t pick up my orders by a certain date, they will be shipped to me. I tried to call the store twice & no one picked up, which prompted me to a message to their “live chat” option for help. I have yet to receive a response from them.I shouldn’t have to drive 45 minutes one way to go to the store just to pick up & immediately return these orders, since it was no fault of mine & caused by a glitch in your website. All I want to do is cancel the orders & get my money back. I would give 0/5 stars if Google would allow it.

Wasn't greeted. Waited a while to spot an employee so we could get a shoe size, didn't feel welcomed. Felt like we were bothering the staff.

The workers here are more focused on holding conversation with there friends that are not buying shoes than helping paying customers that are buy shoes.
