Called 15 minutes before I came. Online says they close at 9:00pm. I got here at 8:28pm and they were closing. Guy comes to the door and says they close at 8:00. Person who answered the phone said they were open. Very unprofessional not to honor the hours posted and for employee to provide customer with bad information. I would have stayed home.

There is a page where the store lets its customers know if it is open or closed.

I had come to the Gamestop in the Morrow location and was told that they was closed but online it says the store closes at 9pm. Gamestop needs to change the hours to match the actual store hours espeically if Gamestop has employee's that doesn't want to work.

Went in to get the free promotional pokemon card . Only to be told that they had not had an opportunity to unpack their truck yet. This was in the middle of the day. I was very upset because those go fast. I won’t be going to that store anymore.

Every time you go in the location either the system is not working or you hear we close in 30 mins and not doing any of that. Some people work and if your door is open you should provide service

I had to come out at the last minute and the store manager insured I not only got my copy of TOTK, but did in such a timely manner I was able to keep it as pre order. Great attitude. It's been years since I attended a midnight release so it was awesome to feel like a young adult again

Had two different locations tell me that this location had 8 PS5 consoles in stock. I called to confirm before making the trip and they told me they had none. Super weird. Super disappointing.
