I stopped going to this branch because they are rude and very unprofessional. They made me feel so uncomfortable. I was standing In line waiting to be assisted, a heavy set lady was talking about me to the teller that assisted me. I should have got her name and taken up futher action.

Horrible. Do not recommend. The truck I purchased with them a year ago needs $7300 worth if work that the supposed platinum warranty they included in the sale without even consulting me doesn't cover. I went in today only to be told, "I understand but we can't help you" AND that they would pull the call to see if Simone, the loan rep, asked me about the warranty when I pointed out she didn't prior to the purchase. Why would I lie?! I'm SICK AND TIRED of these companies assuming somebody is lying when they are ALREADY getting your money. Definitely closing my accounts in the next 30 days.

Worst bank. If you need to get one thing done for your credit card, they will forward you to gazillion different departments and explain it to them again and again. It’s a credit card, it shouldn’t be that hard. Requested for a new card end of July, up until now nothing. I have called them twice already and still. Nothing. Reported a fraud activity july, called for update about 1st week of August and said they never received my complaints. Had to re-do everything again. If you want to bank here good luck!Shun from dispute & fraud department however is the only best representative I’ve had for 8yrs I’ve been with this bank!

Stopped in to open a CD today. There were about 3 customers in front of me. When I got to the window, the employee said to have a seat. Apparently, they would get to me after the line cleared. Unfortunately, every time the line shortened, someone else walked in, making my wait time grow. I ended up leaving without opening up the CD, as did the person ahead of me in line who had wanted to do the same thing. Poor customer service.

Customer support was rude and did not address my issues. I don't use this bank. They mailed me a change of address notice for an account that doesn't exist. I asked that they remove my info from their records and they would not comply.

I stayed on hold for 40 yes 40 minutes finally someone came and transferred me I said wait wait and it disconnected ughh omg they should have the call back system. I can never get in touch with the members. Still waiting ughh

If u have direct deposit and a holiday falls on your payday, forget getting your money till the following Monday or Tuesday, and if your account is low, or already in the negative and something like a bill that is set for that day to automatically come out of your account they will take it and accept it and hit you with their overdraft fee, so they accept incomings, but don't deposit your check into your account.

I've been here twice in over two weeks and didn't get what I needed a replacement debit card the first time. Today my third attempt I got a replacement card after waiting for thirty minutes because again they are having system problems.

So I stopped here heading out of town to get money out to travel. They are listed as a co-op credit union branch ( shared branch). This is also a sign on the front door that states co-op branch. I go inside and I’m told that they stopped doing that in May. Okay, but it’s August the sign should have been taken off the front door months ago. False advertising and such a disappointment.

I’ve been with them for years. Lately I’ve become So disappointed in the way they work. I spoke with a representative regarding when my account says that my remaining balance shown includes my pending items. Well lately that hasn’t Been true because when my pending items actually post my balance changes. She told me that the balance shouldn’t change because my pending items were included in it and to send her screen shots showing that this occurred. I sent the screen shots and no one has contacted me back regarding this matter. This continues to happen which is giving false amounts in my account and has even caused items to overdrafts. I’m just going to withdraw from using them, I’m getting great things about another credit union and I’m leaning towards taking my services to them

Worst bank ever!!!!! I had to pay to get my own statements it seems like they are trying to take money any in everywhere they can… they even charge a maintenance fee to have an account open (where do they do that at) At George’s own credit union…Please don’t waste your time???

I had a savings account with Georgia's Own, they closed my account and took my $2000.00 because of inactivity, finally got a supervisor on the phone 1/12/22 she said a letter was mailed (not certified mail) advising me that my account would be closed. That is an unacceptable excuse to take my money. If I had received a letter saying they were closing my account I would have taken immediate action. This is true and accurate. 1 star is too good a rating. If they can just take my money, they can take yours.

I have been a customer for over 10yrs and loved them, BUT here lately no one knows what they are doing and no one can do a job correct. From account to loans to even the app… I am so flustered with the service that Georgia’s Own calls acceptable.
