I’ve donated several times to this place and I’m going to be honest…. It’s best for people to give their items to families in need for free… instead of giving your items to goodwill for free to make a profit off of your things. Why make them richer? Makes sense to me

The place was clean and well organized but all the stuff was very old and very worn out. Not gently used at all. Both handbags we were going to buy end up having rips in them. Good thing we noticed before we bought. A victim of fire or a homeless person wouldn't want this stuff

This establishment appears to be charging exorbitant prices, as evidenced by the $35 cost for a pair of Timberland boots that are noticeably worn. It is concerning that this business seems to have deviated from its original charitable mission, as suggested by its name. As a customer, I am deeply disappointed with the current pricing structure and urge the management to take swift action to rectify the situation.

To the owner. Your response to my concerns was a bit condescending. You stated I should "pack my patience"!?! Wow! Didn't expect that type of response. No worries I'll pass this along to many of my reselling friends who feel the same. I'll tell them to pack their patience as well. SMH!!?

This is by far the cleanest Goodwill with the best selection I have been to. This feels like a TJ Maxx for 1/4 the price.

Goodwill Thrift Store and Donation Center is a long-standing nonprofit chain with a range of pre-owned clothing, housewares and more. They have pretty decent and clean merchandise. I came here for a regular browse and found a nice vacuum cleaner for a great price and in good working condition. Good customer service. The place is huge and maintained clean and neat. Quick in and out service, as they have three to four cash registers in use. Ample free parking in front of the business. I would definitely recommend this place to check it out if you are in the area.

Never, cleaner and more organized store. Good variety. Customer service is HORRIBLE but otherwise it is nice to spend an hour here to look around to see what you can find. Surprised because it’s a more lower income area but the items offered are actually okay. Will be back.
