I have been shopping for a ride for the past 6 months. Listen people I finally narrowed it down to 2. Went to one dealer in Newnan absolutely no results. Saw Hennessey Mazda dealer online and read the reviews, so I set an appointment to see Dee Hines and I was amazed. Both vehicles I wanted was there Dee Hines asked which one do you really want. He was very knowledgeable of both vehicles. It was the 2024 GMC Terrain in my favorite color. When I tell you he went above and beyond with Chris Brown and Chevy. People these guys are the truth.

My cx-5's engine was overheating. Everything was still functioning but I could only drive at may be 15 mph due to the overheating. So I drove my car into the dealer I had purchased from. They said they needed to an engine diagnosis for 169. I said okay. They call next day to tell me what I already know - engine overheating - and not much else, other than that they recommend doing a compression test for 299 to see if the engine is still good, I said okay.They call a couple of days later that I need a new engine - they quoted 11,500, at which point I decided to take my car elsewhere since it makes little sense to spend that much on a car that's worth approximately the same. However, they tell me I would need to tow the car out of there, contrary to the condition I had brought it in. Since I had already planned to have it towed, I didn't think much of it.Once I paid them 500 for their diagnosis and test and had my car towed to another shop, I find out that Hennessy Mazda had blown the fuse attached to the battery, rendering my car unable to start - I knew then why they said I needed to tow it out of there. On top of that, they left the undercarriage covers off and in the trunk, without the necessary bolts and screws.In the end, I had the engine replaced for 7000 elsewhere, but the point of the story is not their quote of 11,500 for the same work, but that they charged 500 for their diagnosis while breaking my fuse box, and not returning the car in the condition it was brought it.

My car has been at Hennesy Mazda since Feb.12. The part came in a week later. They have yet to work on my car. I just called they have done nothing on my car. My warranty expires in April , needless to say I am not happy with the service department!

One of the best dealers around Atlanta. Bought a Mazda from here and I had a great experience. I called various dealers before making the purchase and this was the best in terms of price, friendliness, and service. Recardo was the sales representative and he made sure that the purchase process was smooth and quick. I agreed on the price over the phone and there was no surprise in the end. Even for options, add-ons, extended warranty, etc I was given the choice to take or not to take it.

I wouldn’t go to any other mazda dealership! I had horrible experiences at Jim Ellis in Marietta - Hennesy is the total opposite. John Iraheta let me test out the CX-5s I was interested in and was fantastic throughout the buying process. Dee Hines was also great to work with. I recommend this location to everyone!

Anthony was no help at all , he did not care about my car problem and brushed my problem off. I took my car in to get my fuel pump changed for a recall and not even a month later my fuel pump that was “replaced” has blown. He did not try to get any of my information to call me back when he told me that he was going to talk to his manager about my problem. Also gave me the wrong number to his direct line. The hospitality is only great when you come in for the oil change

Ms. Mandy are so professional and very patient. She answered all of the questions that I needed answering concerning my 2019 Mazda CX-5. With that alone I have to give Hennessy a 5 Star.

This was my first time buying a new car and Jovan made the process so incredible. I was very nervous to even go to a car dealership and dreaded the amount of time it might take but Jovan took the time to make sure I was comfortable and treated me with such kindness. I am so pleased with the experience I had and how friendly and attentive everyone was. Jovan is great at making connections with people and ensuring they are treated with kindness. This place was the worst car buying experience ive ever had. From my trade-in to my tags to the engine light coming on after 2 weeks to me paying over $1600 in repair in less than 6 months. I would say if youre not buying a brand new car dont come to this dealership. This is the first time ive been sold a lemon.

Bought my Mazda 22 about a year ago . The finance guy Muhammad at the time racked up a bunch of warranties. Didn’t pay it no mind until I totaled the car in august of ‘23. Mazda financial let me know hey you should contact your dealer for the refund on all these warranties you have . It is almost December. I’ve called emailed and popped up . I really hope they aren’t trying to drag this so I get nothing . Great start with these ppl but a horrible finish if you ask me
