About Hertz Car Rental - Morrow - Mt Zion Blvd HLE
Hertz Car Rental - Morrow - Mt Zion Blvd HLE provides a variety of vehicles including luxury and sports cars, SUVs, electric vehicles, vans, and trucks. Reviews note the service is often prompt, courteous, and professional, with smooth and seamless transactions for reservation, pick-up, and return. Staff are described as friendly and thorough, explaining car features. The car was clean and ready. However, some customers report the location can be tricky to find. A significant criticism is that the process can be very slow, with one pre-booked rental taking two hours despite a friendly staff.

This review is only because of Daniel who went out of his way to make sure I was taken care of! He went beyond his job description to make sure he shorten my initial delay of receiving a vehicle in a timely fashion! I appreciate his diligent customer service!

pick up was terrible, had to wait for 20-30 min past reservation time. there was only one car available which was smaller than i chose & i was not compensated for it. the return was way better of course because I'm just dropping off
