Ran in for some black pants. Quick stop, convenient and had just what I was looking for. I even grabbed a shirt that was on sale $9.99 (original was $49.99)!

Imagine receiving an H&M clothing item for Christmas, yet H&M not allowing you to exchange it for an item of comparable value cause you don't have a receipt. Unworn and Tags Still Attached. Even if it wasn't a Christmas gift. It's your new merchandise. Shame on you. After that issue, Everything I previously purchased from them was returned and will never shop there again.
