I shop at The Home Depot on Mt. Zion Road in Morrow, Georgia. Recently, I purchased a dryer there and worked with an outstanding Appliance Specialist, Mr. Rupesh Soni, who was knowledgeable, friendly, and resourceful. I am most grateful for the experience of working with him. He made sure I understood all of the parameters of my purchase. And when the appliance finally arrived at my home, the Home Depot workmen brought it in my laundry room and made sure it was connected properly.

Thank you Charlene for all of your help, especially regarding the lawn chairs in the outside front of the store. You were so patient, kind and professional. Thank you for sharing your story of your brother's same health issue that I also must endure. You were so refreshing. I wish all sales agents acted just like you. I didn't mean to spend so much on these chairs, but you were so helpful I just had to get them and I love them. Thank you so much!

I shop at Home Depot Mt. Zions in Morrow, GA. This staff is amazing. The Manager Mr. Rod went out of his way to help. I'm doing a project for a 90 year old lady. He went out of his way to find what I needed. I'm so so thankful. His staff is the same way. I Love this store 🩷💯

I'm only giving 3 stars because of one particular day, not all my other visits. I went to Home Depot in Morrow to buy a fridge. I mean I was ready, did my homework online, went and was ready to pay. I stood there in the appliance dept for a good 20 mins waiting to see someone. Then I walked around looking for someone, everyone said they would page the person, and out of 4 people who said that, I only heard one page. About that time I decided to call the Home Depot I was standing in. A lady answered and before I could tell her I could find anyone to help me she xfers me to the appliance dept as I'm standing next to the ringing phone. I called back and a different person answered, her name was Taylor and she met me back in the dept, took a pic of the fridge I wanted and got me out of there. All total to but a fridge, I was in there a little over an hour. I did call the next morning to speak to the manager Dan. He was very gracious and apologetic. I just wanted him to acknowledge Taylor as she was a rock star the night before. I still go back as I feel this was an isolated incident, but one I wanted to share because the ending was great! The three stars was for the frustration of waiting so long, but I give Taylor and Dan FIVE STARS!
