After checking online for what I wanted. Went to the area indicated (online) store map, found what I wanted. Checkout was quick, and the cashier was friendly. Parking availability was good.

Want to say thanks Ms. Charlene ....though your staffer tried to create a problem for me and made my visit a poor experience to start...-2stars because of him.You kindly helped to assist me with a wooden oversized pole purchased from your store & needed to be cut abt 2 feet. I wasn't asking for the world and it was your merchandise.CS, Taylor called a staff person who told me it could NOT be done due to policy, once item was purchased and left the store? I already had the first pole done prior along with fan 8 blades. I have been shopping this store& Ellenwood for 20 years, while this guy worked there 12 months...The simplicity of certain situations can be resolved in minutes. He could care less...and did not want be bothered.Thank you Ms. Charlene, supervisor on duty who took care of the matter and resolved my need in minutes. This staff guy who cut pole appeared unconcerned and ready to go home though he had 1 .5 hours to go. I didn't walk in at closing and the store barely had customers.Home Depot is usually better with cutomer service.Grateful to the female super who stepped in and authorized the pole to be cut. I asked for a Manager to start with guess the associate wasn't listening.Appreciate you Charlene!

Great place for all of your hardware needs. However, using checks is difficult here, sometimes the propane tank machine does not work and you must call a specific company to get it fixed since Home Depot does not own it. Also, the self check out machines only accept cards and does not take cash.

Home Depot always seems to have the hardware items I need. They also have a good selection of tools and equipment that any homeowner might use. This store normally has whatever I need to maintain my home.

I hate to write this review because I love Home Depot. Shopped here for years and am a stock holder. I make it a point to shop here over competitors because of my loyalty to the brand. To that end, I went to this location to have about 20 keys [8 of one key, 9 of another, 2 of a third] made for my job.I walked up to the key machine where two employees were discussing customers asking for keys to be made. One of them looked at me once they finished and I told them I needed keys made. She pointed me to the Minute Key Kiosk. I told her that I didn't want to use that as I had had problems with keys made in these exact Kiosks before and that these keys were for my office tenants. It makes no sense to inconvenience my tenants by continuously providing them with nonworking keys. It's pretty ridiculous to do that from my perspective as it makes me look incompetent. I pointed to the machine that I wanted the keys for my customers made on.The employee replied that her, “manager told her that when customers ask for keys, that they should be directed to the Minute Key Kiosk and that the hand-cut key machine was for car keys”. I've had keys made at this location specifically because it has a hand cutting machine that is fast, efficient, and precise. The machine I wanted my keys made on seemed to be working and there seemed to be plenty of staff in store. I told the employee I would take my business elsewhere. It's a BAD look. And, I don't blame the employee. This was a failure of that manager and the overall management of this location.

It's Home Depot. Everything you're trying to find under one roof. The self-checkout is now a smoother experience, which is nice.

Always my go to spot for appliances, diy and home repairs/upgrades. Inside or online shopping is satisfying. A few more associates on the floor would be great, but I know how hard it can be to keep enough staff. I really enjoy online shopping and curbside/locker pick ups.

I walked up to customer service and wasn’t greeted or anything. Just politely and patently waiting on them to acknowledge and say ‘hey can I help you?’ unfortunately, I know for sure I’d still be waiting if I didn’t walk up and say.Hiiii!!!! Come on this is the basics!!! ?

Staff was very uninviting and didn’t give any type of greeting when I approached them. They were very dismissive of my presence and didn’t want to assist me at all. I kept getting the runaround.
