(8-10-2023) I came here to pick up an item and Celina and the other cashier with her (I unfortunately did not get her name) Were the most wonderful people! they made my birthday just that much more brighter, they were so sweet!

Customer Service is not always great. Greeting potential customers upon entry is important, but the merchandise is always organized.

We love Hot Topic. They have all the coolest T Shirts of every game or anime series there is. The prices are good . I like the jewelry and clothes they sale for girls is awesome. I recommend everyone to go by there for there kids and teenagers.
