I love this credit Union!!! I’ve Been a member since I was about 17 years old when it was still IBM and never any issues.. My only gripe is more on the corporate and not individual branch side.. I wish that they allowed weekend deposits like other banks and credit unions and would consider making that an option for us members.. Other than that, great customer service in person and over the phone, great credit Union to bank with! I will be getting a car loan through them very soon!!

They have taken 7 overdraft fees in 4 days and 3 of those were after my direct deposit was in my account. I've been a member for almost five years and this has never happened before. Seems like they're in the business of taking money and not protecting it...I will definitely move my money to a different bank.

I wrote this review in the bank while the member service advisor, Ashley Reodica, assisted me. She was very blasé to the point that she didn't even address me when I sat down. She must've detected that I wasn't going to accept her unprofessional, discourteous interaction because I was busy writing this review and I asked her her name, after picking up her business card. At the end, she changed her tune & wished me a good day. Loudly if I may add. Ashley doesn't deserve to work at ITHINK and whoever hired her should be reprimanded. Clearly, Ashley took advantage of affirmative action to work in an environment that's mostly black. There is no way she would've gotten hired if she was black without being qualified, with a pleasant personality. Before leaving the bank, her husband and several of her kids came into the bank, which added to the impression that she was unqualified to work there. She walked them to their blue car and returned to work. Shish! I have never received poor customer service at Navy Federal, which is why most of my accounts are with them instead of I Think Financial.

So I’m a new member to this credit union and I decided to apply for a credit card which I got Instant approval for 500.00 so a Representative call me the very next day telling me that they made a mistake but I can get a secured credit card but I did not apply for that then she went on saying that they found something on my credit report but if that was the case I would have never got approved from the start I’m having second thoughts of becoming a member and then she going to tell me to reapply why? When I got approved and there’s nothing on my CREDIT REPORT SMH

When you bank with Ithink Financial be prepared to experience delayed money transfers, pay unavoidable overdraft fees, and mediocre customer service. Ive been with them when they were known as IBM and I wish id have left before the change to Ithink Financial.

I've been with this bank since 1987 when it was IBM. Never had any problems until two months ago when my wallet was stolen out my purse at a supermarket. I called and reported it but later when I tried to get my money back that someone used on my card.They gave me the blues and wouldn't replace the money that was stolen. I thought our money was insured guess not. I know you better never lose your bank card at this bank. So disappointed.
