Hesitantly, know my credit wasn’t the best at the moment I called and was greeted by the manager, Sean. He was compassionate, professional and intentional. After being approved, I was asked to come in and finalize the paperwork and greeted by the most courteous person, Dorothy. She was knowledgeable and prompt. “I made an appointment online to open up another business account (i have a personal and business account already) somehow my appointment was made for a personal account instead of a business.
