This was my first time filling my taxes on my own and Chiquetta was so helpful and made the process very easy. She made sure I understood everything that was going on and answered all of the questions I had. I’m very happy to have had her file my taxes and I plan to see her again next year! Jackson Hewitt is a great company to get your taxes done by. They employ really smart and knowledgeable people. I can go to any location and get help and their management team was very supportive in helping me afford my return. I'm definitely coming back next year.
