Terrible customer service. I was not greeted. When I walked up to the register the cashier just stared at me she didn’t say a word. I finally then said “hello I’m here for an exchange” she was immediately rude, she then asked for my receipt. (Never got a “hello, welcome, or how many I help you”) I told her I didn’t have one because the item was a gift. She threw up her hands and said she couldn’t do it. I understood the exchange couldn’t be done because I don’t have a receipt but she didn’t have to be so rude. I didn’t go in there with an attitude I didn’t argue with her, if she was having a bad day she shouldn’t take it out on customer who haven’t done anything to her. Please provide employees customer service training.

I stay 45mins away from this location. I been calling the store for 2 days straight about my receipt I left at the store and I had a pair of shoes I need to return but no one is answering the phone so I can see what can be done about the item I’m trying to return. What’s the point of having a phone if no one is going to answer.

The staff was nice but their response time was not the quickest when locating shoes in the back. Took a very long time at the register with only 3 people in front of me. I was purchasing 3 pairs of shoes and some shirts. Some how the associate did not ring up the shirts and unfortunately I did not realize I did not have the shirts until I got home. However, the store has a good selection of shoes to choose from so I would return.

Tried to return some shoes and I was told that the return policy WRITTEN ON THE RECEIPT was not correct and I could only switch them out for something else, I already shopped at the store late Friday night before close and Decided on those shoes last minute, but I changed my mind and returned them Saturday morning. Also the manager said they apparently don’t do returns on certain types of shoes although it’s not stated anywhere in the store or on the receipt and he offered me to exchange them. I wish I could give 0 stars.

Very disappointed in this location lately. I use to frequent this location because of its convenient location. But whenI went to get the new drop on a fresh pair of 1’s, I was told that the shoes “on display are no longer available” and I needed to search the manikin for the missing shoe. ?(I was taken back by the response and ask another person for help. The other person went to the back to only give me a false story AS WELL)Once asking for the manager, I received the correct pair of shoes.Not understanding why I had to get the run around and lies. So this location will be a big NO!

I was in this store for at least 45 minutes not 1 associate greeted me i found a pair of Navy blue and white shell toes that I reeeeeally wanted couldn't get any assistance however there was a young man in there working extremely hard the young ladies and seemingly the manager was absolutely horrible i wont be coming back there or should I say this location anyway

They are the worst !! I came in to purchase some shoes my son did not like them & I couldn’t get a refund all they do is exchange ! I contacted customer service about 5 times & they just read a script to you saying the same thing that they will contact you within 48 hours !!! The worst I’ve experienced
