I'm real big on nails and customer service. I stopped by this location twice before writing a review. My first visit went very well my nail tech was Helen and she did a great job, my second visit was with Anne and she was great too. I showed her where one of my nails was lifting from the acrylic and instead of her grabbing the glue and reattaching it she told me I should replace the nail and the additional charge. This is the type of service I like to receive, no surprises and because my hand are in water a lot that nail would've turned green on me within a matter of days and I would've been pissed. I digressed......The shape and length of my nails were to my liking each time. Even though it's a bit of a drive for me, I will make to receive this level of service. Great job ladies.

My nails was rushed the place was dingy, and I was racially profiled. I asked for French tip pedicure. I did not receive my full service, and at the end I was rushed to pay before I even got my stuff together, as if I was not going to pay them and I was getting all types of dirty luxe will never come back here ever again the worse service I’ve ever experienced. I’m pregnant and I just wanted something to make me feel special and I feel like I was ripped off and treated awful.
Don’t tell me that my feelings are invalid two of your workers made me feel uncomfortable idc about other customers I care about my feelings and the place does look dingy

The worst nail salon I've ever been. They charge extra and horrible services. It was my first time and last time in this salon. Very expensive. Never again.

It was horrible and a waste of money and time… had to go somewhere else to fix my nails after paying 55$…had to sit an hour so they could soak off the thick acrylic that was placed! even the other person said where did you go ? Who did this? SmhServices: Nail art

Kevin is the truth!!!He is so gentle, kind and fast.I can show him pictures of what I’m feeling and he makes it happen EVERY TIME. Lily does my pedicures and eyebrows and is also amazing! I absolutely love this shop
