Using the app to pay is very convenient, and it can be set up to let you know when your load has 3-minutes left.The attendant, Ms. T, has great customer service skills. ? I am very impressed. She actually introduced herself to me. Wow! Then she helped me get the app setup and start all the machines at the same time. I watched her interact with customers who allowed their child to stand up in one of wheeled carts. She handled the dangerous situation very professionally and matter was quickly resolved.My washer is scheduled to be repaired next Tuesday, so I probably will not be a regular customer here; however, I will definitely come back should I have the need. I highly recommend this laundromat.”

“I have a higher quality heavy winter coat, but since we never get cold enough weather here, it sat in the closet for years until vacation time rolled around. It smelled very musty and picked up lots of dust and lent being in storage. After picking it back up, I was quite pleasantly surprised that all of the odor was gone, and the softness had returned. I believe they also de-pilled it. Best $16.99 spent this year so far. Will be returning in the future. The gentleman and lady working are also very nice and kind.”
