I just had a very bad experience coming into the LensCrafters in Morrow Georgia. The lady was very rude. I came in to get my 2 pair of eyeglasses adjusted and cleaned about 635 pm I mentioned to her that my glasses was bent did not adjust them and she stated what do you need me to do with the other glasses?
She was not friendly at all and I don’t know if it’s it was because the store was closing at
7 PM, but I will not be back I will take my
business to another location because of her.

Sam in the Morrow location LensCrafters helped me select the perfect frames and showed great customer service the entire time.
My eye exam was thorough and I am extremely pleased. I have used this location for over ten years and am never disappointed.
