Horrible customer service at the location on the top floor. 3/3 I asked her one simple question about having a hat and she frowned and said you have to look.The lady on first floor was mean as well

I bought 4 hats And was getting my son's name on them They weren't all the same font Design but she put all 4 hats with the same design and when I came to pick up the hats I noticed it had to wait an extra 30 minutes for her to fix the problem. No compensation for the inconvenience or her mix up clearly it showed on the receipt what kind of font I wanted for each hat not even an apolog

Customer service is terrible. Went to the mall three days straight and they was not open. Finally caught them open and was disappointed. Will not shop there again and encourage to others not to waste there time.

Drove about 25 minutes to this spot and got here at 820. Got to the store and gate was slightly down. I asked the woman at the register if I could come in and get a few hats real quick and see said she was closed and her register was closed. I said it was o ly 8:20 and the store closes at 9. She just repeated that her register was closed. I was looking for 4 hats. They just lost out on at least $100.

Since covid19, this was my first time visiting Lids since the pandemic. Nonetheless, small location, many hats to choose from. Service was good and hat engraving is available at that location.

I was impressed with the instore experience. Though I still prefer online shopping, their are those times I may have to go inside to make sure I get the right size hat.

This place is worst. Had custom hat made and it was terrible and manager refused to refund my money. Then had to wait at gate for an hour because gate was closed while staff was on lunch. This store is purely unprofessional and poorly managed.
