I was assisted by Talayna, she did an excellent job. The system was acting up while I was applying for a Lowe's credit card, she did everything she could until she got it resolved. She also helped me to find the perfect washer machine. She was very nice, professional, polite and helpful.

Recently purchased a home and had to get some appliances. The selection was great and the staff was so friendly and helpful. Daryl was especially helpful and made this big purchase stress free! Definitely will be a returning customer.

You might get a good price on your appliances but DO Not buy the warranty. It is a waste of money. I brought a 5 yr and year 2 the refrigerator had a problem. Called Assurant the warranty company.(1). you can’t talk with anyone they text everything. Then you may get a phone number but trying to called is a problem. Repair company came out Dec 18 said would be back b4 Christmas however it was Jan 2 but Jan4 the same problem. Now can’t reach the repair company. Unable to reach a supervisor can only chat with Assurant they promise to get back to you in 2 day it is now Jan 9th no resolve. Buyer be ware !!!

Bought a gas range with the excellent help of Tony. Got it home but couldn't get the top grates to fit so I took the grates back expecting to get the right ones for my stove. Tony went out of his way to show me the grates were the right ones for my stove. I took them back home & they fit like a glove. He knows his job. Thanks Tony!

Do a little research, yes you can find a pretty good deal on appliance's, but @lowes we found what we wanted with 38 delivery, 35 setup an removal at 35 ,now the wholesale store might save you 300 on a older model or scratched, but then its 125 delivery and 50 removal, so they make half of it back ,if you can pick it up an install yourself,,then it's worth it, i spent 500 on a new washer taxes an with delivery at Lowe's

So I was so happy to see the Lowe’s outlet place and I came all the way here two times just to pick up the solar power fences and it says 749 each no sorry it says 749 so me and the person that worked here Jimmy thought it was 749 for box so I calculated and I was gonna get about 10 boxes. I was so happy come to find out it was really 749 each but that’s not what the sign said so I went to the manager Tony explained to everything and I said well would I be able to get a small discount because of the description and he and he said no so I told him that I would be leaving it with you because I felt that he was mean about that situation And that’s it. You know cause I think customer service comes first and I think you always need to make sure your stuff is correct. False advertising but Jimmy was nice but Tony the manager was mean

I went to this Outlet 08/04/2024 because my refridgerator had went out. My co-worker recommended this place. The sells representative Charntrinte I know I misspelled her name. My apologies. However, she was Wonderful Friendly and Knowledgeable. I was very pleased with my purchase and this friendly person. Thank You! I will tell others about this place. The prices are phenomenal!!!
