This has been, hands down, the worst repair experience I've ever had.
Three missed deadlines. Three supplemental invoices. And when I was finally told the car was ready, there was a glaring “Park Assist Unavailable” error on the screen.
Chloe claimed everything had been calibrated, but has yet to provide a shred of proof. When I questioned the error, she said it “just needed to be driven around” and asked if she could take the car “around the block.” An hour later, she finally admitted it still wasn’t working.
After a frustrating back-and-forth, they reluctantly agreed to fix the issue and waived the $250 deductible—but only after six weeks of delays. They ended up taking the car to Tesla in Tucker to repair what they couldn’t handle themselves, and I’m still waiting nearly two months later.
When I asked for a small gesture of compensation for the extensive delay and mishandling, Chloe told me that simply taking it to Tesla should be enough—as if they’re doing me a favor. She even suggested they’re not “making any money” from this repair. Yet somehow the original estimate more than tripled by the end?
Let’s be clear: they set the price. They submitted the estimates and invoices to my insurance, and it was paid in full.
I’ve been without my car since April 11. The lack of accountability, transparency, and professionalism has been incredibly disappointing. I would strongly recommend others think twice before trusting this shop with your vehicle.
