“I can’t say enough good things about this UPS Store! I accidentally shipped an extremely important package by Ground when it needed to go Overnight. Instead of telling me there was nothing they could do, the owner went above and beyond. They personally drove to the UPS hub, located my package, brought it back, and changed the shipment to Overnight so it would arrive on time.
That level of customer service is incredibly rare these days. They truly cared about helping me and turned what could have been a very stressful situation into a great experience. “Always good customer service. Sometimes there is a line but the employees that work there do assist very quickly. So the line usually goes down within 5 to 10 minutes. I've never just had to wait in line over that and they do their best to assist with what they can. They also have a self-service kiosk where you can drop packages off personally myself. I just like to get the receipt so that the company can know that it was dropped off. They usually do print out a receipt at the self-service kiosk”
