“I like Navy Federal credit Union professional phone people. I don't like when they get busy in an automated service sucks but talking to the real people they're really nice understanding and suggest some products if you're trying to improve your credit especially if you want a credit card that gives you rewards back I had a representative I had it represented to to suggest changing my car to another card that would give me rewards and so forth it is working I've had $20 to put towards my credit card for what I've been spending so give them a try.”
“I came on a tuesday Morning right when they opened. Only had to wait about 5 minutes. Mr. Alias came & greeted me with the upmost respect. He noticed I had a slight cough & was overheating in my hood so he gave me his last mint & cough drop all while powering on his personal fan & turning it my way. He got me in & out in under 5 minutes also (but who’s counting? ME). Which made me feel as though he was considerate of my time.
