Absolutely the worst pedicure that I have ever gotten done. The young lady barely scrubbed my feet, my toes have no shape , the cuticles weren’t even cut. When I questioned the progress she just barely filed them more. She obviously couldn’t do a better job so I didn’t ask her to go back a third time. I applaud her efforts, but more training is necessary. This shop needs to change their prices or get better trained staff. Two little girls playing nail shop isn’t going to cut it My nails weren’t much better. The nail beda were poorly shaped and the sides were not filed well. As a result they make my fingers look extremely wide. All in all a disappointment. Now I have to pay someone else to fix them . Lesson learned- just a ghetto shop with a monopoly because of mall traffic. The only highlight was my eyebrows done by an older lady . They’re perfect. The gentleman who does eyebrow tinting is horrendous. I watched him go over a girl’s brows twice because they looked off. When she left I heard her say to her friends she was just going to try to fix the shape at home. How disappointing to leave looking like a clown twice . STAY AWAY !!!

The worst nail salon I have ever been 2 I had to go back 3 times because my polish kept peeling off and the Owner mike charged me to redo it I will never come back worst experience of my life dealing with a nail salon

Wonderful customer service, the owner is very funny and helpful. Yeni gave me the best acrylic set I've had in years!! Wish I was local cause I would definitely come here regularly!!

Mike is one of my favorite people! He's kind and gentle! Gives great advice and works wonders on my nails! I only trust him with my nails care. In Southlake Mall... Turn right outside of food court... On left side of Mall...next to KWYS. AFFORDABLE AND GREAT WORK!!! I BYPASS 9 SALONS TO GO TO HIM.

Very upset my nails were not how I wanted them. I asked for basic nails with a french tip and the nail tech insisted I get all this other stuff added to my nails. They did not come out how I wanted them at all.

I saw Carman at this nail shop...she speaks english, she was so nice, professional, fadt and does excellent designs...I was so pleased with her work that I took my daughter and will be going back..

Just love them. Mike always does my nails, today infact, plus my gorgeous lashes. $70 for both. My lashes are long but they look so natural. Not this big thick clumpy stuff that is obviously so fake. I love my lashes. And when Mike does nails they last so much longer than any other place that I've used. I live an hour away and I will go there just to see Mike. But they do not have an Instagram page or a Facebook page. I asked today and suggested that it would be a good idea, Mike is the owner and he said he just didn't know how to do that. It's a shame because it would help advertise. I would definitely recommend this place.

This is my new home for my nails omg there's 2 ladies here they're my favorite they had me laughing so hard 2 wks ago. Great job and great atmosphere. The 2 ladies are Fat Lady and the owner Wife. 5 thumbs up. 5* see y'all tomorrow.
