I always have such a positive experience whenever I visit this office, and a big part of that is thanks to Natalee. She is always so sweet, patient, and helpful every time I come in. She takes the time to answer my questions, makes sure I feel comfortable, and goes out of her way to provide excellent service. Her warm personality truly makes each visit enjoyable. MY EXPERIENCE IS ALWAYS A PLEASURE. STAFF AT PEARL WILL NOT ALLOW YOU TO LEAVE UNSATISFIED. MS.BONNIE IF SHE IS AT WORK SHE IS GOING TO SHINE,SHE NOT ONLY SHOWS UP SHE SHOWS OUT. HOWEVER WHOMSOEVER SERVICES YOU WILL NOT DISAPPOINT AT PEARL I BEEN GOING THERE FOR THE LAST 4/5 YEARS NOW. SERVICE SO AWESOME I CANT EXACTLY REMEMBER IF ITS FOUR OR FIVE YEARS EXACTLY.. YALL CHECK THEM OUT HOPEFULLY YOU CARRY A INSURANCE IN THERE NETWORK AND HONESTLY THEY WORTH PAYING OUT OF POCKET REAL TALK.. The Southlake Mall Pearle Vision center has taken great care of my vision needs for well over 10 years. Dr. Lindsey and Staff render great customer satisfaction. They are a good asset to the Jonesboro, Morrow Community. The store is clean, neat and offer the latest and best exam equipment, along with a vast selection of eye frames, sunglassas and contact lenses. Thanks.

I don’t usually leave reviews, but I felt this needed to be said. There’s a male staff member in the doctor’s area who constantly burps out loud, which is extremely unprofessional and honestly just rude—especially in a medical setting. On top of that, every time I looked over, he was glued to his phone, even when someone was standing right in front of him waiting to be helped. It gave off the impression that he didn’t care at all about the patients or the environment. He even brought out his laptop and put it on the front desk, and was scrolling on that. Really disappointing and not what you expect when you come to a healthcare facility.
Other then that the lady's were very nice and professional and I loved how all the lady's made me feel at home
