“I don’t often leave reviews but Elena at Pet Smart has to be the most energetic, knowledgeable, genuinely kind person I’ve encountered in a very long time. Her customer service was beyond amazing! I inquired about purchasing a bearded dragon not knowing a thing about them and she educated me on what they need and made so many great suggestions on what to buy ,helping me pick out everything. In our 20-30 minute interaction she talked me into happily purchasing over $300 worth of items to get my daughters terrarium started and set up the bearded dragon! Kudos to whoever hired her. I hope yall treat her good bc if not I will surely hire her for my establishment! Thanks again for your help Elena! We will look for you when we need to restock on food for our new pet !”

“I got in and the fertilizer I wanted was much cheaper than the online price..the store was clean and neat however, I did go around 11am..I was surprised to get a goody bag on my way out which is very usable..this place an alternate to the big home and gardens giants, you can get in and out and find good help if needed and not feel overwhelmed”
“They have most of the things you'd need to run a farm. Fertilizer, seeds, starter plants, compost, animal feed, including dogs, vermin control, feeding bowls, even chickens and rabbits. Glad I found them.”

“I take my dog Charlie to get his nails done at the Petsmart groomers. He gets scared when he gets them done. The groomers there are so sweet to him. I adopted Charlie in December. I have always had a breed. This is the first time I have adopted. I always trained my pups so I could do their nails, bit Charlie is 5 and I don't have anyone to help me with him, so I turned to the Petsmart groomers. I am sure they get frustrated because he is very squirmy. But they handle him very gently. We have only been twice, so I hope Charlie gets a little better as he gets used to it. I give these folks high marks for patience and kindness. Charlie's nails look a lot better!”
