On 5/17/2025, my 21 year old son (he just graduated college) and I visited the Morrow location to establish him a checking & savings account for his direct deposit account with his new job.
He was asked for two forms of ID. He presented his drivers license and social security card. The young lady told him the SSC isn’t an acceptable form of ID, and that he needed a debit card. If he had a debit card from another institution, he would not have been there to open up an account. And, since when a government issued ID (SSC) isn’t acceptable?
Needless to say, what one bank won’t do, another one will. We went to another bank and they GLADLY accepted his Driver’s Licenses and his SSC as two forms of ID. He now has a bank account and can now set u his direct deposit.
PNC, YOU MUST DO BETTER…..

The people here are very rude and unprofessional. I have been banking with PNC for over 15yrs. I went in to withdraw money and they flat out told me I could not get my money until the next day when my check cleared. But, the money was already in the account even before it was to clear. I spoke with the highest level of management there which at one point he was going to give me my funds only to speak with the Hispanic lady there and then he declined. Ended up going to different PNC in Stockbridge and got my money anyway.

I went to this bank and tried to get some $2 bills but because I don't have an account with them they cannot do any transactions with me. When did the world change to where you can't change cash for cash in the bank? Very disappointing and not a way to earn my business

You all might as well shut this location down. Banking hours are 9am until 6pm. Its currently 932am not a teller in site. Extremely unprofessional and a huge waste of peoples time. Just shut it down since this location is allegic to business.

This is the worst bank that I’ve been to. I’m currently in line and the wait is ridiculous. Mind you I’m at the drive in part and we’re at a complete stand still. I’m not sure if they are under staffed or just have no since of urgency. I keep hitting the call button so that I can just get my card and license back and nobody seems to be responding. I’ve been in line for 30 minutes at this point. If I have to go in to get my card im going to be extremely pissed.

Worst banking experience I've ever had. These people told me over the phone to come in before 1245 and they could open an account for me. This was literally for business I handle while I'm back in town since I travel a lot. When I arrive the greeter almost turned me around at the door. Then the literal manager says the same thing. After about 4 minutes of telling her a banker told me to drive here in the rain she reluctantly days ok I'll open it for you. They act like they don't want your business. Then I'm explaining to the lady that One of my businesses is based out of town so I'm not in Fairburn a lot but she says oh well you have to be there most of the month to open an account. I really feel like this was profiling at it's finest. Profiling in 2023? I simply know that money shouldn't be discriminated against it someone is depositing funds. And proof of income on hand. The manager is not experienced enough to run a branch if she's rejecting people with circumstances that require traveling for work. They should be embarrassed at this level of non customer service. I see why the other reviews are Soo terrible for this location. Then she has the nerve to tell me she can get me started with an online account before I walked out. Who the heck hired these people? I wish I had of read the reviews before I went in. I Do NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL.

Ms. Cheryl, you are the Best! Thank you for your patience. I was so stressed about a banking matter. She made me a same day appointment, which was at 4pm. I was stuck in crazy traffic and was 15 minutes late. But she show calmness and kindness. She helped me with my situation with professionalism. ?

I went in at about 9:50 AM to get a new debit card. I was out of there by 10:15 AM. The young lady that helped me was very pleasant and extremely helpful.

I should have read the reviews before I wasted my time with this place. I walked in 2 days ago to try and open a business account and was told by a hispanic woman at the counter that the person who works with business accounts was in a meeting. She asked for my information so I could receive a call to set an appointment from them. Still haven't received that call.. I ended up just going online to set an appointment for today, confirmed for 2:30, only to be told that nobody was able to help me help me open the account. My appointment was cancelled via email after I left. Waste of gas and time.
