My baby went here when she was 3 months and the level of unprofessionalism was startling. They are short staffed so your baby does not get the care they deserve. You can’t even walk in the building when Georgia law declared Covid a non emergency now. You pick up and drop your child off at the door which is weird. As a first time mom I wanted to stop by and check on my child the first week and they had an attitude about that even though during the tour it was expressed that wouldn’t be an issue. They would put other babies bibs and hats on my child. Have a bottle of her breast milk away in another child’s bag and it took a week to get my bottle back from the other parent. They DO NOT update the Procare app so I barely knew what was going on with my child. Overall I didn’t feel at ease leaving my child here with no updates, organization, or sanitary precautions.

Pride and Joy is wonderful place for your little ones, the attention to detail is incredible, they have an amazing system down where you feel confident knowing your children are safe and well taken care of. I wouldn't be able to just shout out one person individually ALL the Staff members and Teachers are super friendly and professional. - Thank you so much Pride and Joy for caring for my little ones!! :)

I absolutely love this center. Children come in and do a whole 360 and turn into little social butterflies. The teachers & staff are amazing and caring. The center is always clean & always has a great atmosphere.

I was on vacation at stone mountain and overheard the staff talking to the kids. These kids were under 8 years old and hearing a worker talk about a fellow student was about to ”TeeTee” themselves. That did not seem like a very positive, healthy, or encouraging environment.Field trips are stressful, but I don't see any reason to say something like that for EVERYONE to hear. That's a nightmare for a kid, super embarrassing. It makes me wonder what else gets said.I figured parents might want to see behind the scenes.

I currently have my 3 years old going here. I have seen so much growth in him compared to what I saw in him at Montessori in Fayetteville. I’m now trying to enroll my 9th old. The staff is wonderful.

I love this Center! I needed a place that was professional and also loving like a family. I am a parent that is really peculiar with whom I trust around my child, but I have no worries at all when I leave her with her school. They live Dallas like their own! And as a parent that is reassuring when I have to leave her. They teach great! My 16 month old can count to 10! They also have Dance and reading. Also they have the Lord’s Prayer - which is part of the Abeka curriculum. Staff is wonderful and I highly recommend.

I️ love this school. The staff treats you like family. It’s very clean. I️ also like how they care about the safety of the kids. In order to enter the bulging you need a code. I️ like how they have cameras all around the center. If you are looking for a family oriented school, this is the one. My brother went to summer camp here and had a blast. We Love Pride and Joy.

This daycare is really nice. I️ Love It. The directors and staff is very sweet. They serve them breakfast and lunch. They also get two snacks . They have snack at 2:30 and 5 o’clock . In the inside of the center it looks really nice. I really don’t understand why the lady below me would say that about the center and her kids still go there. No they do not serve dinner but what center serves dinner. I️ can understand if this center stayed open past 7 o’clock but they close at 6:30. This school is really big on academics and the safety of the children. Very nice center.

This was my daughters FIRST day care experience ! She was 17mo at the time and it was just terrible. She ended up sick with a horrendous cold. (She NEVER gets sick) ! Everyday I came to pick her up/drop her off the other kids nose would be severely running and the care giver didn’t bother to wipe it. They don’t keep the kids clean, so I know the toys couldn’t possible be sanitized well. She wasn’t learning anything and everyday I would come to pick her up the teacher didn’t really have a report for what the day was like, even if I asked questions. When they would have outside time all the kids would just stand up under the shade with the teacher. Not playing or anything. No learning takes place. In a nutshell this place is a babysitting service and nothing more. They are well overpriced too.??♀️??♀️?Side note: when I called to withdraw my daughter the person I spoke to asked why and I told her and she was very uninterested in the flaws that I revealed to her about that center. So change probably won’t happen. It’s best to avoid this place all together.
