Im now officially a customer for life. Big thank you to Brittany at the Morrow location. I dropped my first pair of heavily worn boots to get a resale and I was informed my boots were apparently growing mold by the time they arrived at the repair facility and that they would not be able to repair them. Initially I was just gonna get credited back my resale costs and was juat gonna have to make a new purchase I thought. I got a call from Brittany today saying my boots came back looking very differently from how I dropped them off. She made the offer to fix this issue by just issuing a new pair of boots. I was beyond elated by the news and drove there same day. She got me swapped out immediately and was so nice to not have to go through any headaches. Im a big fan of Red Wings but a bigger fan of this locations excellent customer service that far exceeded expectations. Thanks Brittany!

Brittany (hoping I'm spelling that right) the manager went out of her way to find me comfy boots in my size including trying on socks to make the boots fit better. 11/10 customer service for someone who has never needed steel toe boots before for a job and didn't know what I was looking for. She knows her stock like the back of her hand. Definitely earned my loyalty.

Nice selection, but service was less than par. It seemed like it was too difficult for the employees to attend to more than one customer at a time, which made my shopping experience 25 minutes longer than I expected.

Terrible experience. Wanted me to come out of pocket to swap boots out my company paid for. My boss bought prolly 20 pairs of boots and got some kind of discount. I have the same pair that my company bought last year so I wanted something different. Redwing store employee couldn't do nothing for me even if I swapped the same boot for a different size. It would still cost me money just to swap sizes let alone the type of boot.

10/30/24 - Update: I was advised to contact Red Wing customer service. I spoke with Mr.John, He was really helpful and interested in a solution. We spoke and came to a fair understanding. I am impressed with how this was handled and how quickly they responded. I’ll continue to shop with this company. Thank you Red Wing for Caring about your customers !!
10/24/24- Very disappointed in this establishment I came to return or exchange these boots. They’re extremely heavy and uncomfortable, and I was told they cannot be returned if they were worn( I literally wore them one time) and then I was told that I should’ve gotten the red wing brand which have a 30 day Comfort guarantee. Unfortunately, the sales person didn’t tell me that when I purchased these boots. I recommend going to another establishment because this one is very forthcoming when purchasing boots.

One employee up front helping a customer and at least two employees in the back chatting. Waited ten minutes and walked out without boots. This happened 10/10 around 4:15 to 4:30

Today I had the pleasure of working with Brandon. What a good salesman. He was friendly and very knowledgeable. He went above and beyond even tho it was near closing time . Id definitely recommend him if your looking for a good honest salesman.

I took my boots to get new soles, and the person in the front told me 12 days, and it took 12 weeks. When my boots finally got back, I was missing my inner soles, and they didn't wax my boots or lace my boots this place is horrible. Next time, I will make the drive to another red wings.
